Myrtos Beach - Take a leisurely swim break at the renowned Myrtos Beach, celebrated for its breathtaking turquoise waters and white pebble shoreline. You will have between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours to bask in the sun and swim, depending on the time available after visiting Melissani Lake.
Important Notice: The swim break may be relocated to another beach if weather conditions or other unforeseen restrictions make it unsafe or impossible to visit Myrtos.

Very knowledgeable tour... - Very knowledgeable tour guides and a very smooth running tour which was very enjoyable.
The mini bus was very smart and the driver was so experienced so felt very safe

Great way to see two places in one day - Both places were beautiful and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Convenient point to point bus transportation. Bus driver provided free beach umbrellas.

Spectacular! - All very well organized, the guide was waiting for us just outside the port and accompanied us in every step. He even queued at our place at Melissani caves so we could go to the bathroom, buy food and souvenirs. The tour is very nice, the beach of Mytos spectacular and untouristy and the caves enchant. Thank you so much Eva, all gorgeous!!!

A Must see if in Sami - Beautiful cave with the most amazing water as this comes from the direct sunlight above. You enter following a queue that can be anything up to one and a half hours. Get there early to avoid this. We only queued for ten minutes. You get on a boat and you spend around 5 minutes with the rowing guide. It's all over before you know it but is a definite must while you are in Sami. If on the other side of the island I wouldn't bother for how long you are actually in the cave!

Myrtos Beach and Lake Melissanicon Patricia/Patrizia Tour - During our holiday in Kefalonia, we had the incredible opportunity to join a tour that took us to two of the most spectacular natural wonders of the island: Myrtos beach and Melissani caves. From the beginning, the tour proved to be an unforgettable experience, enriched by the presence of our Guide, Patrizia.
Patrizia has proved to be an exceptional Pro, extremely prepared and incredibly friendly. His deep knowledge of the local history, geology and traditions of the island allowed us to appreciate every detail of these breathtaking places. During the trip to the beach of Myrtos, Patrizia told us fascinating stories and curiosities about the formation of the coast, conveying her enthusiasm and passion for the untouched nature of Kefalonia.
Myrtos is simply breathtaking. The view from above, with the sea fading into endless shades of blue and the white sandy beach stretching at our feet, is a sight that remains etched in the mind forever. Thanks to Patrizia's advice, we could explore the less crowded areas of the beach, enjoying some relaxation in a corner of paradise.
After visiting Myrtos, the tour took us to the magical Melissani caves. Patrizia guided us through this extraordinary underground cave system with such skill that we felt completely immersed in another dimension. The cave, with its crystal clear lake illuminated by sunlight filtering in from above, is one of the most impressive places I have ever seen. Patrizia enriched the experience with detailed explanations about the history and formation of the caves, making it all the more fascinating.
In summary, this tour was one of the best moments of our stay in Kefalonia, thanks not only to the extraordinary beauty of the places visited, but also to the professionalism and friendliness of Patrizia. If you are planning a visit to Kefalonia, this tour is an absolute must, and I could not recommend a better Guide than Patrizia to accompany you on this unforgettable adventure.

Unbelievable trip, magnificent views ! - Our experience was amazing , only thing was there wasn’t any umbrellas at Myrtos beach so our beach trip got cut to 30 mins instead of 90mins

Tourist Trap - Tourist trap. They take you to beach first, then tell you there is not enough time for Melissani cave so they take you to a cheaper cave that is just stalactites and have you shop and eat at that site. There was no asking us what we prefer then they say”we got tickets to the other cave”. Suspicious since we did not pay or want to see that one. If it were truly a time issue, then ask your group if they want to stay at the beach. Such a waste of the day. You will only get 1 hour at the beach. They literally trap you into doing something you don’t want to do.
