• Abra Patapampa - The tour commenced at 3:00 am, with the first stop at the Mirador de los Volcanes in Patapampa, the highest point of the tour, situated at 4,900 meters above sea level. From this vantage point, one can admire the breathtaking volcanoes Ampato, Sabancaya, and Hualca Hualca, along with the magnificent Andean landscape of the highlands. It is an ideal spot for panoramic photography and to appreciate the grandeur of the Colca Valley before descending towards the valley’s villages.
• Chivay - Upon arrival in Chivay, the capital of the Colca Valley, enjoy a full continental breakfast served in a local restaurant. This is a perfect opportunity to recharge before continuing to explore the villages and viewpoints of the valley.
