Lungs full of fumes and pollution - Not enoyable - Caught a taxi, hired bikes, chased the dream — and hit a wall of reality. Yes, the weather was glorious and the bike guy was lovely and you do get an Andes backdrop some of the way. But the rest? A masterclass in disappointment. • Bikes older than the vines • Wineries with zero soul and staff who’d rather be anywhere else • A bike route choked with traffic and fumes 🥲 • A cheeseboard so tragic it deserved a refund • One winery was enough — the vibe was copy-paste mediocrity Eventually found a shady garden, ordered a beer, and settled in for the afternoon. 🍻 Sometimes the best you can do is salvage the setting and rewrite the story.
