Churches, Castles Great BUT HUNTING TRUFFLES! - I have been in Europe for about six weeks. Mainly Albania, also Germany and Italy for a few days. By far this has been the most engaging and memorable experience of them all. Your hosts are wonderful but the real stars here are the truffle hunting dogs--Luna, Mia, and Tony. Churches, castles, stone streets are all great. Hunting Truffles in the scenic woods of Italy is something you won't forget!

Great experience! - Great experience!
I went with my two friends and we were greeted by very kind people, very nice and super affectionate dogs.
The experience began with a 45-minute hike in the woods in search of white truffles, helped by the fantastic dogs and then ended in beauty with a hearty aperitif (prepared all by them) all based on truffles, cold cuts and local cheeses. All excellent!
I highly recommend this fantastic experience!

Esperienza bellissima - Abbiamo passato una splendida mattinata, abbiamo raccolto qualche tartufo insieme ai cagnolini e al proprietario e poi abbiamo fatto un aperitivo/pranzo eccezionale, ricchissimo e buonissimo. Esperienza da ripetere e che consiglio tantissimo.
We spent an incredible morning searching truffles with two nice dogs and then we ate an amazing meal together. I would recommend this experience because it was really fun and the owner and his wife were amazing. Such an incredible experience

Unforgettable experience - A fantastic experience, Gaetano took us through the woods of Valle d'Itria in search of truffles, guided by his trained dogs who found quite a few!
At the end an exquisite and abundant lunch immersed in the most uncontaminated nature, complete with final souvenirs, obviously based on truffles.
I was completely satisfied, and will do again as soon as possible to this pleasant outing!

Unique experience - The walk in the woods was exciting: seeing the truffle dogs at work is something unique, surprising and fun at the same time. The truffle hunter, an expert, accompanied us with great professionalism, explaining curiosities and secrets of this fascinating world, always with a smile and so much availability.
After the research, the tasting was the icing on the cake: excellent food, genuine flavors and carefully prepared dishes, where the truffle was the absolute protagonist. Each course was an explosion of taste and quality.
Special thanks also to the lady chef who welcomed us: friendly, kind and always ready to make us feel at home. It was a wonderful experience, authentic and well organized, which we will carry in our hearts.
Highly recommended to those who love nature, good food and want to live a very special moment... maybe in the company of the fantastic dogs!

Alternative day - Beautiful experience to be redone gladly! Gaetano was super helpful and welcoming, he introduced us into his world together with the sweet dogs Zara and Luna! After searching for truffles in the woods, we tasted a lunch of excellent quality truffles prepared by his wife Annalisa. It was a really nice day! Congratulations to the owners and highly recommend to everyone!

Great experience! - I organize with 6 friends Saturday, February 7 and we head to Cassano delle Murge in the morning to try this experience. welcome of Mr. Gaetano wonderful person and extremely available who introduces us with an explanation on how the search for truffles works, ended the search experience with a haul of a dozen truffles we return to an area of the forest where his wife Annalisa welcomes us for lunch, every detail was taken care of to the maximum on the table and the food was delicious in particular I really enjoyed the mouse with the truffle and the first that was an explosion of flavors.
I recommend this experience again thank Gaetano and Annalisa wonderful people who will definitely return to find.
