East Upolu Tour - With Tai's Native Experience we had the best day travelling around east Upolu. Our driver George had a thorough knowledge of Samoan culture & through his telling of Myths showed a passion & love of his country. His coconut dehusking & grating demonstration at Sopoaga falls was great. From our trip to Namua Island, to lunch at Aga Reef Resort then onto some secluded beaches for a dip. It was a truly memorable day, with a real gentleman with much consideration & heaps of laughs.

Sights, experiences, culture and knowledge - This was a great tour with lots of variety. Your own private island paradise for an hour or two. (Bring your own snorkel and mask), followed by a gorgeous lunch stop. Then add in a swim at the trench, a waterfall and a cave pool and you have a fantastic day sightseeing and experiencing some of the highlights of Samoa. Chris shared his knowledge on many topics about Samoa which certainly gives a greater understanding of the culture and history. Definitely don't miss this trip.

Sam - awesome guide! - This was a great day - the drive to the cave pools was very cool and the water was clear and beautiful. The waterfall was gorgeous and we were treated to a coconut cream making demonstration. Samoan men work hard and it was awesome to see them at work. The snorkel was on a small island a bit away from mainland but it was fun as well. Sam is a kind, informative guide who took great care of us all day. Thank you for a special day!

Chris is a legend. Book this tour you won’t regret it! - Chris was one of our favourite people we met during our holiday in Samoa. Great storyteller, singer and comedian. He patiently answered all of my daughter and I’s questions during the tour. Learnt a lot about Samoan culture and history from him while exploring the island. Fa'afetai Chris!

Thank you for a fantastic Tour and welcoming, knowledgeable guide - Chris was our tour guide. He provided a interesting detailed commentary as we went as well as regaling great legends and information about the areas. He told us about the customs of Samoa and the people and how he was raised. He even sang to us. The places we stopped were beautiful. Our first stop was at Pialu Cave Pool. I hadn't intended to swim, but the water was so inviting I had to go in. The place is serene and peaceful and the cool water refreshing on a hot day. Chris made everything easy, pointing out where the facilities were, where to go and what there was to see. On the way to Sopoaga Falls, he drove us up a mountain road from where we had fabulous view of the ocean and unspoilt countryside. The falls were magnificent and Chris entertained us by teaching us how to make coconut cream. At To Sua Ocean Trench, we again enjoyed swimming in a mix of sea and fresh water. We were lucky as it was calm and almost empty. Be prepared for the steep walk back up the ladder to get out. Vavau beach Fales is a picturesque beach, with white sand and crystal clear waters. We were taken to a great spot for lunch, Aga Reef resort and Chris kindly took our orders in advance and phoned them through to the restaurant so we didn't have to wait long to be served. It was very relaxing sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool and endless seas. Namua Island was probably my favourite stop. On the boat trip across we saw many turtles in the shallow clear waters. Over on the pristine beach we were able to leave our belongings in a fale while we went snorkelling. The reef has an amazing variety of fish of all shapes, sizes and colours. I had a couple of encounters with a very curious triggerfish that kept swimming right up to my goggles before turning away at the last minute. All up it was one of the best days we had in Samoa, much of which was contributed to Chris' welcoming personality and great sense of humour.
