Thanks Koh Jum Sea Hunter Team - I had a fantastic day. We were with Koh Jum Sea Hunter, and it's impossible to find a more wonderful company. The entire staff is exceptional and very attentive. Several of us couldn't swim and were afraid of deep water. They accompanied us and reassured us with their floating boards. We were all able to enjoy the incredible beauty of the place. Thanks to the team, we were able to see clownfish, barracudas, parrotfish, and more. They deserve so much recognition. Thank you to them! I had a fantastic day. Unforgettable - I will never forget this trip in my life. It was one of the best snorkeling trips because of the state of the corals, the variety of fish, and organization of the trip. The guides were so friendly and ensured we were well fed and enjoying ourselves. I couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Great place with clear water. - Customer service could have been a little better. Food and lunch were good. A little rushed going from Krabi and would have liked to have relaxed on the beach there a little longer.

Beautiful excursion, ruined by the exaggerated number of people on the boat! - The hike is worth it, although the price is far too high. Ko rok was the only place where snorkeling made sense, even if the corals have little color, on the other hand the water is very transparent and there are beautiful fish, especially parrot. The downside is that in the boat we were crammed like battery chickens, for the price paid it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant condition, made even heavier by the amount of people stuck to us who felt bad because of rough seas. The staff did their best, the responsibility lies with the agency.

Review of OH-HOO customer service. (trip cancelled) - We were here at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic and were booked to go on this trip but it was cancelled at the last minute due to lack of numbers. I cannot fault OH-HOO customer service. They advised us and offered us an alternative trip for the same day. We’d done a trip very similar and weren’t interested in the alternative so without further delay, refunded our money straight away. Sometimes it can be hard dealing with these tour operators so it was great to be dealing with one that was honest, upfront, and did what they said they would do. Well done to Sarah from OH-HOO for your excellent customer service.

Nice excursion but boat too crowded! - Friendly staff and nice boat, but too many people! There must have been about 50 of us, all squeezed together and stuck to each other. The obviously chaotic water descent operations, all made even more difficult by the many people unaccustomed to the sea who felt sick (we must have been 7 westerners in a group of easterners). Minimal food, compared to the day before on another excursion. The water and seabed of Ko Rok are worth a visit!

Like cattle - Crowded on small beaches, an impressive number of tourists without counting the boats which pollute and dump the tourists. Snorkeling is no longer possible, you are parked in a demarcated pool on the edge of the beach. Honestly like cattle. I no longer see the point of all that.
