Great way to travel from krabi to phuket - Pick up was great. Exactly as advertised. Comfortable and organized. Not handicapped assessable for those who might need it. If you have kids, you’ll want to be vigilant. Drop off was also great. Would do it again no question.

Great way to get to Phuket - Very seamless journey. Great communication no complaints at all and by far the best way to get to and from Krabi from Phuket. However do not bring too much baggage or expect help..not a problem for me but can see how some travellers struggled

Recommended - Well organised good value for money. Good communication and updates. Great boat ie a proper ferry, not a long tailed boat.

Great deal with pick up and drop off - Great service including pick up and drop off at hotels. There was a bit of confusion at embarkation as it wasn’t clear you needed to queue at the ticket office to register, despite the booking. But all good and comfortable trip.

Easy peasy from Al Nang to Phuket - It’s exactly what you pay for. Door-sea-door service from Ao Nang to Phuket. Ship isn’t fancy but it seems like a well run operation. Easy peasy.

Aging ferry but got the job done - Ao Nang Princess boat is definitely an aging ferry. The old aeroplane seats that have been used are a bit broken (many are stuck in the reclined position), and generally the ferry seems a bit beat up. But we got to Ao Nang in the 1hr 50min that they told us it would take. I found the staff/crew to be friendly. At the port when you arrive just look for the sign for Ao Nang and the check-in process is pretty easy and quick so you don't really need to arrive more than 15min before departure I would say. There is some food and drink available on the ferry and at the pier. We booked this through a local agent and price included pick-up and drop off at hotels at both ends of the trip for eighteen hundred baht (two people). You WILL HAVE TO CARRY YOUR LUGGAGE ACROSS ABOUT 3 FERRIES TO LOAD AND UNLOAD. It would be a great improvement if there was a nicer way to get on and off the ferry to the pier.

Not recommended - Operator late turning up to our hotel and in very uncomfortable truck which was army style. Very poor visibility from boat and very dirty toilets.

Our experience with this... - Our experience with this tour operator was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Our pickup time was clearly stated as 9:45 AM via WhatsApp message from the company. We were already in the hotel lobby with all our luggage before that time. When no one showed up, I messaged them at 9:53 AM asking where the driver was. He repeatedly said he was “at the lobby,” so I sent a photo showing no one there. A few minutes later, a very angry man came walking from across a busy street, yelling at us aggressively, claiming he had been waiting since 9:30 AM. He continued yelling for several minutes, even after I showed him the WhatsApp message confirming our 9:45 pickup time. He was extremely unprofessional, hostile, and did not help us with our luggage at all, instead forcing us to cross a busy street struggling with multiple bags while he continued shouting. That alone was unacceptable—but unfortunately, the experience got worse. The boat was very run-down, and the entire 2-hour journey from Ao Nang to Rassada Pier smelled strongly of gasoline. While there were life jackets on every seat, they were covered in visible mold, which raised serious safety and hygiene concerns. Overall, this company lacks professionalism, customer service, and basic safety standards. I deeply regret not booking a private transfer instead and would not recommend this tour company to anyone.
