• Pacaya Volcano - We start with 1 hour 15 minutes en route with the vehicle.\nOur Guide will be waiting at the entrance of San Francisco de Sales for the group where their water bottle will be delivered and they will acquire the entrance tickets, we will also have a period of 10 minutes to enter the Restrooms.\nAfter this, the adventure of climbing the Pacaya volcano will begin and enjoy the tour.\nThe ascent hike will begin where we will take 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours to climb the volcano\nA period of 30 minutes will be taken to observe from the top and be able to capture beautiful photographs.\nThen you will return down the roads until you reach the vehicle for 45 minutes.\nThen we will take the vehicle back to Antigua\n1 hour on the way.

The journey begins in Antigua Guatemala, heading towards the Department of Escuintla, specifically to the town of San Francisco de Sales, where the hike to the Pacaya volcano commences. The ascent offers breathtaking views, including the Laguna de Calderas located in the municipality, and stunning sights of petrified magma rivers at the summit. From the top, there are also spectacular views of other volcanoes such as Agua and Fuego. The ascent typically takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, providing incredible opportunities to capture numerous photos along the trail. At the summit, there is time to enjoy the view and take photos, ranging from 15 to 30 minutes.

The descent follows the entire trail, always guided by our experienced staff.
