- Experience GT - The adventure begins at the agency, where participants will be equipped with a helmet, gloves, cape, and backpack if needed. A responsibility waiver will be signed. An explanation of the ATV’s operation will be provided, followed by activity instructions to commence the tour.
- San Juan del Obispo - The initial stop is the charming town of San Juan del Obispo. Visitors will arrive at a local family-run business, where artisans will explain the chocolate-making process and offer a tasting. There will be an opportunity to explore the store and purchase their handmade products.
- Museo Del Nispero - After departing the chocolate shop, the tour proceeds to the Loquat Museum. Here, a brief overview of the production of artisanal alcoholic beverages made from loquat and other regional fruits will be given.
- San Gaspar Vivar - The tour will pass by a quaint town square nestled between San Juan del Obispo and San Pedro las Huertas, offering a picturesque backdrop perfect for photos.
- San Pedro Las Huertas - Upon reaching San Pedro las Huertas, the group will visit an artisan’s home specializing in exquisite jade jewelry, a stone cherished by the ancient Mayans. An explanation of the methods for sourcing this precious stone and the tools used in its crafting will be provided. The tour will also include a visit to the main square, featuring one of the last remaining public wash basins, as the town still offers free water for laundry.
- Valhalla Macadamia Farm - The next destination is Valhalla, a quaint farm dedicated to growing macadamias. Participants will observe the production processes and receive an explanation of the various products made on-site.
- Cervecería 14 - To conclude, there is an option to enjoy a refreshing beer and a meal at the craft brewery 14, or return to Antigua to end the tour, where lunch can be enjoyed at a restaurant of choice.

10/10 experience - An unforgettable experience with Adrian!
This tour was honestly one of the highlights of our time in Guatemala, and Adrian made it exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we set out, he was knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about sharing the culture, history, and hidden gems of the region.
We loved visiting San Juan del Obispo for the artisanal chocolate experience (the tasting was a dream 🍫), learning about local fruit-based liquors at Museo del Níspero, and stopping in San Gaspar Vivar for photos such a beautiful town. San Pedro Las Huertas was fascinating, especially seeing traditional jade craftsmanship and the historic public washing sinks still in use today. The visit to Valhalla Macadamia Farm was both educational and delicious, and ending the tour with the option to relax at Cervecería 14 was the perfect touch.
Adrian was professional, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire tour, making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and that energy makes all the difference.
If you’re looking for an authentic, well paced, and memorable tour around Antigua and the surrounding towns, I cannot recommend Adrian enough. This experience was 10/10 worth every minute!

Off The Beaten Path near Antigua - Great tour of the lesser known small towns and villages around Antigua. Very informative and educational, as well as just plain fun rolling through the towns on the ATV's. Rod the owner was very communicative before and during the tour, and our guide Juan was very kind and friendly, always making sure we were ok driving, and shared his experiences growing up in the beautiful area surrounding Antigua. We never felt rushed, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. If you aren't comfortable with a little open air adventure on 4 wheels, this may not be your jam… but if you are… you'll feel like a local cruising the towns and back roads just enjoying the ride.
