“Mysteries of Antigua” combines elements of a scavenger hunt, an outdoor escape room, and a historical walking tour, offering an all-encompassing adventure. Participants are needed to step into the shoes of colleagues of the renowned archaeologist Professor Bronson, who has mysteriously disappeared. Luckily, he has left behind a satchel filled with Mayan ciphers, enigmatic clues, and a journal brimming with secrets. Participants must trace his path through Antigua’s streets, solving puzzles, deciphering codes, and uncovering the hidden stories embedded in its ruins and traditions. The treasure is theirs to find! In just 2-3 hours, they will explore Antigua’s rich history and Guatemala’s vibrant traditions. They will visit concealed Mayan shrines, delve into the mystical history of jade, discover volcanic forces, and conclude by learning to play the marimba! This experience is ideal for inquisitive minds, clever groups, and time-traveling detectives who enjoy engaging with history in a hands-on, mysterious way.
