shopping in antalya - the service was professional,the car was on time , the drivers were respectful and friendly, and the experience in general was good from the leather factory,violla jewelries ,the thai pharmaceuticals and finally the mall definitely worth trying with this trustworthy company.

Very professional - The transfer went well and the people were professional, everything went well even with young children.

Nice cheap trip - We were family of four and luckily we had a car only for us , the driver was so professional and the agent was so supportive when we rescheduled our return trip . I highly recommend it .

Nice day out - The mall was small but very clean, neat and tidy. Nice shops and clean toilets. At the start we visited a pharmaceutical shop which literally had a remedy for everything.

Very short trip and not as was described - The majority of the experience is spent in a huge, very expensive, jewelelry shop and a large leather and fur shop before heading to the mall. We only got 1.5 hours in the mall and even when I questioned this with the driver he wouldn't change. We left our hotel at 12.30pm and pick up at the mall to return to our hotel was at 15.30pm. Very short trip and not what was stated in the viator description. I wouldn't recommend this trip to anyone.

Total lack of information - Total lack of information for drivers. We were dropped off at the bake shop without telling us that the private car was only up to that point. Then we arrive in Mali from Antalya we give you a small paper with a number and the van leaves without any explanation. Later we understood that this was the number was the time we come to pick you up. Do not do if you do not really want to make purchases. Because the Mall is not worth it.

Could be better - 1. After the agreement with 11am pick up the day before the tour we didn’t receive a massage telling us what car or where until after 11am on the day of tour when the driver was already sitting in the hotel grounds, who also didn’t speak any English at all! 2. After getting to the fur and leather factory it wasn’t what we were expecting at all! We felt as if we were being intimidated and belittled making us feel like we HAD to purchase a jacket and when we said that we weren’t interested we felt as if we were forced out on the shop. As for the jewellery store they must knew by our faces after the experience from the last store and asked if we just wanted to look then go again. 3. Got to the mall that was absolutely best part of the day until 4pm! 4. 4pm came and previous told that it was going to be a “Private” transfer and would only be us in the vehicle. There was another 3 people in it along with us who went to Boğazkent then took us to our hotel before we got to our hotel the driver stopped at a petrol station for 5mins. This ended causing us more time to get back to the hotel! So it took us 1 hour and 50mins to get back………. Pissed isn’t the word I think you need to put more info in the tour description!

RIP OFF, SCAM ARTISTS. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! - Very bad and very unprofessional service. You are looked down on if you didnt buy anything from the branded shops on the way to the mall. They will leave you in the middle of nowhere even though drop off is included in the price and you will be left to book your own taxi back. Please don't waste your money.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE ITINERARY. I booked this trip for my family of 3 and it was the worst, most unpleasan - TOURISTS PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! BIGGEST TOURIST TRAP IN TURKEY. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AT ALL OR WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY. If I could rate this trip -5 stars (below 0) I would. First of all, we were given an 11 am pick-up time from the hotel, and the driver came half an hour late with no explanation privided, we were just texted on WhatsApp that there's a delay. Completely unprofessional service. Next, we were taken to a leather and fur shop where the prices for clothing and accessories were ridiculously expensive beyond reason. I'm talking £800 for a hoodless jacket, and that wasn't even the most expensive item in the store. All items were in that range. You are constantly coddled by sales reps and aren't able to explore the store freely without being followed by a sales rep and being pressured to buy something. I enquired about one of the fake designer bags on display that you can get from any nearby bazaar in Turkey for 15-30 euros max as it's a fake and not made of real leather (I asked the saleswoman and she said it's not real leather compared to other bags in the store) and the lady showed me tag and said it is for 180 euros. I was so shocked and explained I had seen the same bag in the bazaar by my hotel for 30 euros and she immediately offered for me to pay 50 euros instead, the lowest she could go. This proves that if she can go from 180-50 euros in the space of 5 minutes that this is just a ploy to trick people out of their hard earned money. What's worse is when we got into the coach, the driver asked if we planned on purchasing anything in the next stop (the jewellery store) and we stated that we're not sure, we would prefer to look around first and he offered to take us straight to the mall instead. We said ok sounds good and the driver said let me call the tour organisers first to confirm. After the call, he drove us to the mall and left us stranded there, telling us to make our own way back by taxi to the hotel. I asked why we weren't being dropped back after the mall because that was including in the price and he suggested that we go straight to the mall not me and he acted like he was just doing as he was told having asked the tour operator but he was smirking the whole time. I asked why we weren't taken to the jewellery store when it was in the itinerary and he just shrugged his shoulders saying i don't know I'm just the driver. I'm really upset because i was travelling with my 6 month old son and my husband and this was a family trip and when we arrived at the mall it was really difficult to communicate our situation due to the language barrier and we were charged another £15 to be dropped back to the hotel. The trip was supposed to be a couple hours long as listed and we had packed our small child enough items for a full day trip but because the driver cancelled our tour after taking us to only 2 out of 3 locations, we were back at the hotel after 1.5 hours. Left at 11.30 and came back at 1pm by booking our own taxi back. The driver, his name is Mehmet Bey, and he had absolutely no sympathy for the fact that I'm travelling with a small child and we had been dropped in the middle of nowhere as tourists in the pouring rain and didn't try to rectify the situation or take us to the jewellery store to look as we expressed we still wanted to look, just wasn't sure if we would purchase anything because the last location was not within our budget. It seems we weren't taken seriously as buyers and we were just judged and treated unfairly and dismissed because we didn't make a purchase in the first store. Please don't book. You will be scammed. Book with excursions mania instead, I have booked tours with them online before and they offer more reliable and affordable prices for trips. Please don't overlook the bad reviews just because it's a cheap trip because you will face the same issues as I did. The mall isn't even worth travelling to, it's nothing special and there are similar sized malls that are way better all over Turkey. Please don't book any tours with this agency, they are not honest people and untrustworthy. I want a refund.
