- No pets allowed.
- Suitable swimwear is recommended for all the rides, e.g. no zips, no thick material, no ripped clothing.
- There is a Mini Market from where you can get whatever you may be missing (swimwear, towel, flip flops etc)
- You may get snacks and drinks from our Bars.
- You are not permitted to bring alcohol or glass bottles to the park.
- Parents with babies are requested to have the essential plastic equipment needed.
- We kindly request that you follow the safety rules of the park throughout your stay. Running and diving are not allowed in all areas.
- For hygiene reason children who wear nappies should use waterproof ones.

Loved this day - Excellent value for money. Some fantastic slides with some really scary ones too. Great time of year to go as no queues at all. Food and drink were reasonably priced too and the wristband system was a great idea too

A Romantic Cretan WaterPark experience - The trip was absolutely amazing, we got the water thrills we were after and we’re glad there were vegan otions on site. The photographs were lovely and we were so glad to have met Maya, Rafaela and Emi; we were blown away by their jolly nature, genuine interest in our lives and attention to detail with our Photo packages! A great day covering all aspects.

Great little find! - We had a great time and spent around 6 hours here which was perfect, as a family of 4 with two young kids aged 2 & 6 I was worried there wouldn’t be enough to entertain but it was so fun! Plenty of choice of slides as well as a wave pool & lazy river. We were tempted after our son was disappointed that he was (very slightly) too short for the slides at our hotel. Food was also reasonably priced but your usual pizza, nuggets, burgers etc so nothing fancy.
I would say cosmetically the park could do with a little refresh mainly in the changing area and some of the slides but you get beautiful views as it is way up on the hilltop.
If you are hesitant I would say it is well worth the trip for the day. We all loved it! Staff were also very friendly.

Friendly staff, great rides, amazing days out! - Ms and my wife thoroughly enjoyed Water City, with it being the 2nd time we've been today (10th September).
The park has plenty of rides for all different types of thrill seekers and age groups. Safety is taken seriously, but the staff are friendly and at hand. You can use your wrist band to make purchases and then pay for goods at the end of your visit.

A fun day - There were not many people at that time, despite the good weather and relative heat. As a result, we followed the descents in buoys and on slides, and it contributed to a superb day. The catering offer is correct (burgers are not good, but pasta or pizzas are good).
The locker is a bit expensive (€4), and the photos are overpriced (15 bullets a photo, just that!)
My advice, if you are not interested in souvenir photos at this price, do not waste your time in photo shooting...

Loved the slides, hated the cheeseburgers - We visited Watercity Waterpark on a Monday in October, so it was fairly quiet — which meant we could go on all the slides without any queues. We really enjoyed that! I also liked the wristband system, which lets you charge all food and drinks directly to it — no need to carry cards, cash, or anything else around the park.
Unfortunately, the cheeseburgers we had for lunch were awful — we threw them away after just one bite. Apart from that, though, we had a great day and would definitely recommend visiting outside the busy season.

Great facility - not for small children - Great big facility with enough space for all visitors - only criticism is the lack of slides for children from 4-8. some baby slides and then the rest almost just slides for bigger children - sometimes very fast and dangerous for small children - loud sound reinforcement by music you have to like - you are not there to sleep 😉

Good but can be better.. - My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this park, he is a huge fan of thrill rides and the variety of slides ensured that we had hours of fun! We mostly enjoyed the turbo cyclone as it was a thrilling ride to go down. Safety and security for our additional items were excellent as we were worried before visiting that we didn’t have anywhere to store our items. The clever way of having a barcode to scan for food and drink meant that we didn’t have to continuously carry our phones and food was reasonably priced.
One downfall is that, there were numerous amounts of leaves in the Jacuzzi and main pool, which we expected due to there being plants around. We were wondering if there was a leaf collector however to stop more leaves getting into the pool. Also, the double rings for the more thrill seeking rides were deflated which meant that sometimes we would get stuck on the rides or hurt our bottoms whilst riding it.!

Was disappointing. - Many attractions but very outdated and dirty. The sliders hurt the back. His time is over. Too expensive for what it is.

My grandchildren are miserable after this park and none of it came from the park it’s self it was just one employee - Absolutely horrible because of one employee. My grandchildren are so sad after this trip and where harassed by an employee. My 10 year old grandson came to me crying after an employee with red hair and facial piercings started being mean to my grandson. He was having the time of his life and then he wanted to go down a slide named “Crazy River”. He was having some trouble getting on the slide because he is a little small and instead of helping him she started calling him fat and slow which is absolutely unacceptable. I believe she has been possessed by some devil and that explains her behaviour. She looked like the devil, she acted like the devil and treated my grandson like the devil. I did not get any more complaints from him and I am warning you to stay away from her.
