Ilha grande schooner trip - Great trip, fortunately the boat wasnt too busy. Bring some snacks as lunch is only available on the last stop around 4pm.

Wait more - Responses to contacts by WhatsApp delayed, this when they responded. Delay in leaving the tour for half an hour without explanation. The crew was not friendly. Always quiet, and sitting or on the cell phone, did not explain the stops. I expected more.

Lack of support - I could not access the voucher for my reservations, everything was confirmed but I will lose because I do not receive the information

It was bad, I do not recommend - Today my family and I took the escuna tour to a large island and we were extremely excited to get to know the islands, but actually during the tour we didn’t see the time to get to the end. The islands are really wonderful. On the second beach the employee of the restaurant came to pick up the orders at the escuna to advance when we arrived at the fourth beach, where our lunch would be. When we arrived at the fourth and last stop the disaster happened, we stayed almost 1 hour to be able to stop the escuna to go down and have lunch so crowded it was. Before descending we were told that we had 1 hour to return to the escuna. It was total madness on this beach, the pier was extremely crowded with people, a total push push. We arrived at the restaurant that was indicated by them at the second stop and was crowded too, but we sat to wait for orders, it passed 40 min that we were sitting and nothing from our lunch, as we had little time to eat, we had to cancel and stay without lunch. We went to wait for the squash to approach the pier (because there were several there), we stayed another 40 minutes waiting to arrive our squash to slope (this after the 1 hour they had stipulated). Once again the pier crowded and a man even fell into the water, out the counter with a sink to wash hands and pass alcohol gel as a form of prevention on the beach and the population itself made it from garbage. Finally, we entered the escuna and went to talk to the responsible employees as a form of alert that the restaurants did not have structure to support the high demand of the holiday and they simply did not give the minimum, we came back with a lot of hunger, the tour that was to last 6 hours, became 8 hours. The parking lot where the car was parked was almost closing. We were very frustrated with all that situation, especially for trying to alert to improve the upcoming tours and alternate the shutdown times of the squares so that there is no overcrowding on the beach and the staff do not give the least to anything. After all, I do not recommend the tour because of the lack of structure of the company and the partners that they indicate to us!

Total disagreement with the client! - I was hoping the Enterprise would comply with what it sold. Delay in schedule, no structure, delay with meals with the partner restaurant and in the end did not deliver the food. Total disagreement with the client! The amount paid, is not valid. I do not recommend.
