• Monte Brasil - The tour will include a visit to Monte Brasil, where the group will pass by the volcano’s crater and reach a viewpoint overlooking Angra Do Heroísmo city, offering a glimpse into the city’s rich history.
• Salga Bay - The drive will take the group past Baía da Salga, the site of a historic battle with the Spanish, who constructed the fortress previously visited at Monte Brasil.
• Imperio do Espirito Santo de Sao Sebastiao - In this village, the tour will explore one of the island’s oldest churches and an Império, a small chapel dedicated to the Holy Spirit, a significant cultural highlight.
• Serra do Cume Viewpoint - Visitors will experience the largest Caldeira (a collapsed volcano structure) in the Azores, featuring two ridges separated by 7 km.

This empty volcano is one of only three of its kind. The visit is accessible, with stairs throughout (no elevator). The tour will explore the structure, showcasing rare formations like silica stalactites.

Join us for a serene and leisurely 3-hour tour of the island, blending cultural experiences with stunning scenery. Together, we will explore Monte Brasil, the island’s sole peninsula, Goat Islet, an underwater volcano, São Sebastião, the first settlement on the island, and Serra do Cume, one of the last ridges of the largest caldera in the Azores! The visit to Algar do Carvão is optional and subject to the tour’s timing.
