Wonderful transfer from Whittier Cruise Port to Anchorage - We just arrived at our hotel in Anchorage after our full day with Adam. Pick up at the Whittier Cruise port was on time and easy. We made many stops along our route directly to our hotel near the Anchorage Airport. This transfer and tour added an additional number of great memories of our Alaska trip. All stops were perfect with the amount of time allotted for each. Was a beautiful sunny 70 degree early June day as well. Thank you Adam for a great day .

Great Experience - Adam was very professional and kept in contact with us the day prior to our event to make sure we knew what to expect the morning of our pick-up. He helped with luggage, provided a snack, and gave us interesting information about all things Alaska as we toured multiple locations. He gave us the perfect amount of time at each destination to enjoy ourselves and not feel rushed yet he kept us on schedule. This was absolutely an ideal way to get from Whittier to Anchorage. I would definitely recommend Alaska Custom Tour and Adam to anyone looking for a fun-filled transfer to Anchorage!

Journey from Whitter to Anchorage w/Gorgeous Views - Despite an unexpected change in our cruise disembarkation port from Seward to Whittier, this excursion turned into a memorable and worthwhile experience thanks to our excellent guide, Adam. Due to traffic delays through the Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel — the single-lane tunnel shared with trains entering and leaving Whittier — our tour started later than expected. However, Adam remained professional, courteous, and organized throughout the day. From the moment he picked us up in the cold rain and snow mix, he made sure everyone was comfortable and informed. Our small group of seven traveled in a comfortable Ford Transit van and visited several beautiful locations including Begich Towers in Whittier, Portage and Byron Glaciers, the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, Virgin Creek Falls Trail, Beluga Point, and Potter Marsh Bird Sanctuary before arriving in Anchorage. Even with rainy weather, the scenery was absolutely stunning. Highlights included the turquoise waters near Portage Glacier, viewing brown bears, bison, reindeer, foxes, and owls at the conservation center, and the breathtaking mountain views along Turnagain Arm. One unexpected highlight was the short hike to Virgin Creek Falls in Girdwood, which added a peaceful rainforest experience to the day. Adam also shared useful information about Alaska’s history, wildlife, and local recommendations for Anchorage. His flexibility and positive attitude helped turn a stressful itinerary change into an enjoyable journey. Overall, this excursion was a fantastic way to experience the natural beauty of Alaska after the cruise. Although the day ran longer than planned, the scenery, wildlife, and excellent guiding made it well worth it.

absolutely loved it. - We took a tour with Adam, and we absolutely loved it. He was punctual, friendly, and accommodating. Even though it was raining, he stopped at all the tourist attractions. On top of all that, his wife accompanied us in another car, carrying our suitcases.

Best way to get from Whittier to Anchorage - Dan did an awesome job! We were never rushed and he took us to so many beautiful places! He personally knew the area and knew the best place with at least crowds for pictures. Even loved the stop for snacks at a chocolate shop. The wildlife park was amazing and we were able to see many of the animals up close
