Fun beginner/family excursion - What a great beginners experience. Recommend wearing swim suit or gym clothes cause you’re gonna get wet and dirty. This park is very beautiful and team members very helpful. My only complaint is large groups means a lot of time we are waiting for everyone to finish. The buggies not atvs is muddy fun. They stop on certain points for you to switch drivers. The horseback riding was very slow but scenic. Safari ride was a little boring but feeding the baby goats was cute. Coffee/ hot chocolate tasting was quick. Lunch was fine. 5 zip lines which only requires a ride up on the skyline and no other hikes to each zip line. Free lockers and water stations so bring a bottle to refill. Wear shorts with zip pockets to bring your phone to take pics or else they want you to put in locker since they have own photographer. Picked us up at 8am and got to park at 9am and got back to the resort 5pm

An adventure get ready for it - Being out here for the bday I’m trying to make the best of it. The hotel we’re staying at majestic colonial recommended this excursion. All excited we pack up ready to go. This place was a great time. Or tour guide micki was a good guy. Took his time spoke both Spanish and English which was helpful. Bus ride was about an hour you pull up to the place. You are given a wrist band and off you go our first journey was on the buggies, aww man you will get dirty. You stop at a river where you can clean off and swim. They also have refreshments. After that a trek back to the property where you get splashed driving through the trail and puddles. Next was zip lining an amazing experience. Next was the safari trek and small farm and drink tasting. You then eat lunch which was pretty good. We ended with horse back riding. All together real good time.

Full on fun, don’t miss this one!!! - Do this one when you’re in Punta Cana! It was without doubt the best thing ever. Our tour guide Oki was amazing and got the group all jollied up and excited. All of the activities were so much fun and it’s easy to push your boundaries here and try things you wouldn’t normally try in a safe and fun environment. All of the staff are lovely and helpful, lunch was also delicious. If I have one comment it’s don’t tell people they can walk down the stairs instead of taking the leap of faith, even after doing the zip lines I think my brain kicked in and I knew I could opt out of the leap so I did. Without that knowledge I would have done it! Brilliant day out, highly recommended and even the photo packages are well priced. Well organised, safe. Well done La Hacienda and thanks Oki for a brilliant time!!

10/10, would highly recommend! - This was such a well organized, well executed day of activities! Oreola was our host and I loved her energy and sense of humor. Our driver Willie picked us up right in time from our resort in Punta Cana and got us to and from the park safely. The distance from Punta Cana to the park is about an 80 minute drive. All the activities from the chair lift, zip lines, buggy ride, river, horse ride, safari and mamajuana/chocolate tasting were all amazing and valuable experiences. The food selection from the restaurant was so delicious and authentic. I’m glad I read the reviews beforehand and took others’ advice of bringing bug spray, goggles, face mask, poncho and/ or extra set of clothes because it’s really no way of not getting dirty during the buggy ride, so you might as well be prepared. It was a rainy day too, so we got extra messy! They have a strict policy of keeping your phone locked away, but you’ll have a photographer ready to capture you during these awesome moments. The photo package was also fairly priced in my opinion. I would highly recommend booking this tour as it was the highlight of our trip!

Worth every penny. - 1. Horseback ride was typical. Experienced horses follow in a line so inexperienced riders have no problem. 2.and 3. Next was a ride in a big open truck with seats to a petting zoo. Cute animals that you can feed by hand. 4 and 5. Next was the 4 seater dune buggy ride down a gravel road curcuit with some puddles. It’s a blast but be prepared to get wet and mucky. Half way you stop and wade/swim in a river. Careful the bottom is VERY slippery. Then you finish the drive through more puddles. You can hose off at the end of the drive. 6 and 7. Then take a chair life (like a ski lift chair for 2) to the top of a hill to start the Zip Lines. There are 5 lines. We are experienced zip liners and these were fun and safe. Bonus 8. That last thing is called a quick Drop which you do in your zip line harness. It’s like repelling but only about 20 feet. It’s harmless and a nice way to end things. They also provide a lunch which was good. Drinks are extra (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) and the prices were normal. $2 USD for a sofa and $3 USD for a coffee. I’d recommend it. It was approx $250 USD for 2 of us including pickup and drop off at our resort. The whole thing was well organized and communicated. We knew where to go and when.

Dont waste your money. You’re stuck in the middle of nowhere. - Not the best experience. Starting with the horse riding. When sold the package was told we were fine for everything. Only to be pulled out the queue in-front of everyone and taken with my friend to be weighed. He was fine. I was over limit of 250lbs. I wasn’t much over and I get what they’re saying but this was not emphasised when buying tickets. Even the guide that pulled us out the line was the same guy at the hotel who checked us on the bus. He could have said something then instead of dragging me all the way here and making me feel embarrassed. When I tried to challenge him he came across a bit dismissive and that annoyed me more. Then told I couldn’t do zip line either. I had to sit by myself for 30 mins while they took the horse riding. I was able to go on the so called safari that is nothing more than being driven up a dirt track to a small farm/coffee plantation. Couple of goats, donkeys and birds. Think safari experience name needs to be addressed. This is just a ploy to get you to spend money in the shop. The only saving grace was that they had cold beer. Again the leader guy kept his distance from me and I felt like I wasn’t part of the trip anymore Next up was the zip line. After already being told I couldn’t do it I was amazed to find out that this activity also included the chair lift and rope jump. I was told I could go up in the chair lift with the group, watch them slide down then come back down the chairlift my self. I found this personally like an act of shame. So let them know my annoyance. It just fell on deaf ears. I was told to deal with my hotel when asking for a refund. For me the day was done. I told my friend to carry on himself. I tried to get a taxi but as we’re in the middle of nowhere none would come out. I basically sat around for the best part of 3 hours in the shade with staff walking by staring and not even having the common decency to check on you. Basically if they know you’re unhappy they will stay well away from you. Im still sitting here as I write this. Honestly it has to be one of the worst days I have ever had on any holiday. This is a place I just wouldn’t recommend. They do nothing to try fill your time if you miss out. It’s basically, just go spend money at our shop to pass your time. They need to put more pressure on their reps to explain rules before taking folks money and ruining their day and holiday. I am now heading for the Rep at the hotel whos gonna get my wrath.
