A Grand Start to Our Disney Adventure

Our family trip to the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim was nothing short of magical. We decided to stay at the Grand Californian Hotel, which was a fantastic choice for our family. As the sun began to set, we made our way back to the parks, armed with our Lightning Lane passes. Disneyland Park was our evening destination, and it was indeed more crowded than California Adventure. However, our planning paid off, and we were able to enjoy several attractions without the long waits. The kids were particularly excited about experiencing “Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance,” and the extra cost to skip the line was well worth it.

We also discovered that the single rider line for Radiator Springs Racers was a hidden gem. The wait was never more than 20 minutes, and often, two of us ended up in the same car. It was a fun and efficient way to enjoy one of the park’s most popular rides.
