Unforgettable dutch experience - My trip with Tours and Tickets was an unforgettable experience. I visited wonderful places; I had the chance to go inside a windmill, taste delicious cheese and waffles, go on a boat trip, and see how traditional Dutch clogs are made. Our two magical tour guides—including Demetra—were incredibly enthusiastic, open, friendly, and kind. They tirelessly answered all our questions and were helpful in every way possible. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Best tour! - 10/10 would recommend this tour. We did the all inclusive & it was totally worth it! The places we went to were unique & super fun. And our guides were amazing!! Astrid was so knowledgeable & funny and Petra was so kind & a heck of a driver paring that bus!!

Amazing trip to Dutch countryside - I have really enjoyed this trip (I booked an option with extra boat ride and it is really worth it). At first while looking at the itinerary it might seem, that you won’t have much free time and that the trip would be rushed, but it was not the case - I had a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a nice walk and hot cocoa in Zaanse Schans, to have a tasty lunch in Volendam and Edam was so nice and peaceful in beautiful evening light - also a great place to visit. Special thanks to the tour guides and the bus driver who managed the big group perfectly well. I definitely can recommend this experience.

super to do with request of ALESSANDRO as driver - I traveled all over the world but beautiful as this excursion ever made. entertainment of the driver ALESSANDRO and professionalism of the guide FRANCESCA never found.

Great experience - Great experience. The time spent in each place is very well balanced with the attractivenes of the place. Guides were very good. One little thing to improve is that the explanation given by the representative at the cheese factory was in english, and we have bougth the experience in spanish, so I had to translate to my wife

Nike and team will make this trip worth your while! Go for it. - Nike was an a amazingly enthusiastic tour guide and clearly the vendors at each stop were not just familiar with her but friendly, which ensured we got the best treatment. She made it a point throughout the trip to chat one-on-one with each group/couple/ person. The places where beautiful and steeped in history. Some of the places were a bit crowded and a smaller overall group would have been more enjoyable. But it is an experience not to be missed. The length was okay though Edam felt a bit short as did Marken. The price is a bit steep but it is probably the best way to experience these places.

I would recommend - Stefan (the driver) , Astrid and Aurora (the guides) were very friendly and amusing. The excursion was fun and informative. I liked the demonstration at the windmill, i would like to have more time to explore the village though. Volendam was wonderful, but i didnt like the fact that the guides felt like promoters of the local shops.It felt a bit forced to buy cheese after the cheese demonstration and we were somehow guided to take lunch at a particular restaurant where the prices were too high in my opinion (i finally left the place and had lunch somewhere else). I loved the boat trip to Marken. Edam was a nice place, but everything was closed so maybe we could have spent more time in the other places and skip Edam. Overall, i had a great time and i would recommend it,because you get to see briefly the countryside of the country.

Guides didn’t care about taking care of participants - The places we saw were really nice and the driver was pleasant. However the guides could have done a much better job. I was on this tour solo and got lost at two stops because the guides didn’t look out for the group and just walked ahead. At Edam, they told us the meeting point and then stayed in the bus instead of standing somewhere central to wait for us. When all the streets look the same and you’re a tourist who is unfamiliar with the area, it would have been much better if the guides didn’t just stay around the bus in the parking area. I feel they could have been more professional. When I gave this feedback they were somewhat defensive too. I wouldn’t recommend going with this provider, go with another company that will take good care of you.
