Beautiful boat trip through Amsterdam - Beautiful trip with beautiful classic sloop through the canals of Amsterdam. Guide knew a lot to tell and we were well looked after with snacks and drinks, recommended!!

Super ervaring met een gezellige crew - A cozy boat tour showing the Amsterdam lightshow with some interesting facts about the art but also the history of Amsterdam. Even learned some new things even as a Dutchie

Highly recommended - Good atmosphere, good choice of drinks. Liked the cheese but not the new one they are trying. ☺️ the captain was friendly and the 2 guys hosting were great. We had a lovely informative trip.

First class hour on the canals. - A very good one hour trip. The small boat was excellent enabling us to see the smaller canals. We went at 10.30 before it got too hot but umbrellas were supplied for those who found the heat uncomfortable. The 2 navigators/commentators were informative and humorous. Each passenger was supplied with a free drink. Convenient starting point by the Rijksmuseum so we were able to visit there straight afterwards. Good value. Well worth trying out.

Great - We were able to catch the boat from our hotel which was perfect unfortunately we couldn’t get it back later in the day which seemed to be missing an opportunity to me. Lovely and clean friendly and topped off with the beautiful view

Dissapointing - Without drinks and cheese would make it more interesting , the guide kept pouring full plastic cups like there wouldn’t be a tomorrow, pretty disgusting. Wine is not to be drank in plastic. Historical facts were given by this girl in a sarcastic tone, plus she was training another young lady and made her feel bad for not knowing enough yet, for being tall and not be able to see out in order to showcase the clients/ tourists, not nice or humanly.

Very bad and deception!!!! - VERY BAD!!
We have ordered a ticket for this shipping company through the Amsterdam light festival. Upon arrival from the quay I had to show my booking and we were put in a line. Then we were pointed to a boat that we did not book for. We had booked a Close heated saloon boat with real windows. I indicated this and then put it in another line. Then we are again shown in a kind of similar boat. Again indicated that I did not book this. We were told they only had these boats... Very strange because do not give this option when booking. Then not being able to see anything of the light festival through windows that were fogged up. 75 min sat in the cold and hot drinks were also not good. If you need to go to the toilet, you better do it in advance because of no room to sit at all. Very unfortunate because I did pay 30euro pp for a very bad experience. Light festival was also not a bag on..
