Great short raise around the canals - We Had a great time on the tour. The stories and history were great. We enjoyed a drink on the open air boat and our tour guide (Ben?) was great and funny.

Lora was awesome - so much fun and the tour guide Lora was so lovely! Perfect mix of educational, fun, and time to just take in the view. tbh only writing this review to rave about how she did such a good job, I was shocked when she told me it was her first day

Brilliant time had by everyone. - Came out the Anne Frank house all hot and sweaty, walked round the corner and saw Flagships office. Hadn’t intended to do the canal tour today but since the weather was amazing we popped in to see if they could fit us in.
Half hour later and we were on our way.
Think the captain was Schu and Villa was the hostess (probably not how you spell either name, sorry). They were both Amsterdam locals but spoke excellent English and the tour was in English which was great for us.
We had a brilliant hour, learned loads about Amsterdam and the buildings and they were happy to answer any questions.
Our tour didn’t include any free drinks or cheese but we bought soft drinks at €4 each which was very reasonable.
A very pleasant experience.

Pleasant ride but short on history - Upon first arriving at the heart of Amsterdam (at Centraal train station) we wanted to experience an overview of the City and get a feel for the town, This was accomplished. We had a little difficulty initially finding the dock for this company since there are so many others closer to the exit of the train station. Accommodating staff and all was good.

Not well organized - Seemed to be poorly organized, confusion as to which passengers were supposed to be on board. Left 45 mins late, was a short trip, only about 45 mins long. A few interesting stories.

Pleasant boat but very little information. - We had been looking forward to learning a lot about the city. The canal cruise title led us to believe there was going to be a narration of historic information. The host, who was very amiable, spent almost all his time acting as a bartender. We knew that alcohol would be for sale but thought that the title of the tour was more likely to give us information than some others that we considered. We floated about for an hour watching him serve, then the tour was over. Nice boat, nice people, but disappointing result.

Not historic ride - Not a historic tour! It was disappointing. It was more of a boat ride with lots of alcohol. During the entire trip they stated 3 facts about Amsterdam nothing more. The only thing they focused on was serving wine and more wine.
