- Westerkerk - Returning to the center, the route passes by the West Church, near the Anne Frank House, to view the Anne Frank statue outside Amsterdam’s smallest cheese shop.
- Dam Square - The walk proceeds to Dam Square, where a hidden “speakeasy” wine shop and bar offers an opportunity to taste and learn about the purchased cheeses, accompanied by two glasses of Dutch wine.

Michael dedicates his time to sharing his passion for cheese, guiding guests through these exceptional walks.
During the tour, participants will visit two cheese shops, gaining insights into identifying the finest cheeses and crafting the perfect cheese board. Michael will purchase cheeses for the tasting and assist in selecting cheeses to take home.
The tasting takes place in a distinctive wine shop that exclusively stocks Dutch wine!
Michael will present the cheeses, explaining the differences in their appearance, aroma, and flavor. Participants will also learn about the cheese-making process and the history behind each cheese. Michael enriches the experience with fascinating stories about Amsterdam and his cheese adventures!
This tour is available on Thursdays and Fridays. Other tours, including those with beer tastings, luxury canal cruises, and windmill cheese lunches, are offered on different days. For more information, please contact Michael.
