Nestled in the charming heart of Amsterdam. As you step into our cosy, welcoming venue, the aroma of caramel and freshly baked dough envelops you, setting the stage for a truly authentic Dutch experience.

Our 45-minute workshop begins with a warm introduction from your experienced guide, who will share the fascinating history of the Stroopwafel, a beloved Dutch specialty since the 18th century. You’ll don your apron and gather around as the guide demonstrates the art of crafting the perfect Stroopwafel—from mixing the dough to the precise cooking technique required to achieve that golden, crispy texture.

Then, it’s your turn to get hands-on. You’ll roll out your dough and learn how to cook it to perfection on a traditional iron. The highlight comes when you drizzle warm, gooey syrup—the ‘stroop’—between the thin wafel layers, sealing the sweet concoction.

While your creations cool, you’ll enjoy a well-deserved break with a cup of coffee or tea, mingling with fellow baking enthusiasts.
