Our guide was so funny,... - Our guide was so funny, kept us entertained all day! He went above and beyond with posing everyone for great photos. We really enjoyed this tour, especially the part in Bruges. Highly recommend!

Great one day trip - This was the best trip of the 5 we took in the Amsterdam area. Our guide, Tony (Antonio) was very good - thorough, knowledgeable, and detailed. Great food recommendations too. The tour was structured very well. One hour of highlights and orientation of Brussels and Bruges, then free time for food and exploring on your own (1.5 hrs each). Very well balanced in that there was enough time to see things you were interested in. Will definitely recommend.

Great Busy Tour! - Jorge was a great guide! He was very accommodating to what we wanted to do and had great food recommendations. There was enough time to do the tour and be able to buy souvenirs afterwards. Very busy and fast trip but that’s to be expected when you’re touring 2 cities in a day. Very educational as well. The bus was nice and the seats leaned back as well. Was very cute and romantic for a couples trip

Great day out - Jorge was a very friendly and nice tour guide. Responded to everyone’s questions/requests. He was very knowledgable and enthusiastic. Overall fun day and a good way to explore Brussels and Brugge in a day.

Nice Tour :) - The day trip with Jorge was great! He was very knowledgable about the history of the landmarks pointed out to us and was easy to connect with—he took the time to learn a little about each of the groups on tour with him despite how overwhelming some of the areas can be + how much he had to keep track of which was appreciated. He’s a lovely tour guide! I do wish we had more time at each of the stops (like 10-15 mins each instead of 2-5 mins for some) to properly take everything in, but I do understand the tight schedule we were on in order to get to everything. Regardless, the experience was good :D

It was fun. - Being on the tour allowed me to travel around smoothly. The guide was very kind and cheerful and I enjoyed it. But I would have preferred a more prominent umbrella at night.

Don't book this tour company! - Zero customer service from this tour company. We were faced with a major challenge and we could not get hold of them. No one wants to go on a tour with a company that lacks customer service. Rather try Cherry Travel and Tours.

Zero customer service and a booking lost - My train from Paris to Amsterdam was cancelled by Eurostar on 28 December, grounding me. With no trains left for the night, I messaged the activity provider via the Viator app to ask them if it was possible to reschedule my booking from 29 Dec in light of what had happened and offered to show evidence from Eurostar. I never received a response, nor a call in the morning when I did not arrive for my booking. For the amount of money spent for this activity, it is disappointing that no communication was received on this matter. In fact, I received a message to leave a review so clearly, this isnt about people and care - just money.
