Go on this tour! - This tour was truly unforgettable. Our guide was kind, attentive, and answered every question with such care. What made it so special was getting the chance to meet locals and hear their stories, which gave me a much deeper, more personal understanding of both their lives and the history of the city. It didn’t feel like just another tour, it felt like being welcomed into the heart of the community. I can’t recommend it enough; it’s a must for anyone visiting. Just be prepared for a good amount of walking, it’s worth every step.

Best tour ever! - We had an excellent experience on the tour. There was a perfect mix of walking, history, food and drink. We also stopped and got to talk to several locals who all had very interesting backgrounds. Aryeh was one of the best guides we've ever had and I would highly recommend to request him as he really made the tour and was a damn wonderful storyteller.

Beat tour of the trip - Lovely tour, best of all the tours I did in Amsterdam. Welcoming, safe and a calm vibe. The stories of (and by) the local folks were the best part. The human aspect really stands out, rather than just the landmarks, plus we had a great apple pie!

Great walking tour with local flavor - Our tour guide Aryeh was fantastic! Very enthusiastic and a wealth of information and personal stories. He also introduced us to two locals that shared their personal stories. It was very interesting and entertaining, as one of them was an ex-sex worker. It was lots of fun overall. There is quite a bit of walking and standing so you need to be ready for a full four hours. I would certainly highly recommend this walking tour of Amsterdam.

First Class Day in Amsterdam - Alexandra was a fantastic guide and showed us the best of Amsterdam. We had not visited before and didn’t know much about the city. But we left wanting to stay longer and definitely come back. Alexandra was great with the kids and also older family members. She was very thoughtful and even came ready with umbrellas when there was a touch of rain. Luckily it cleared quickly and we had a lovely day in Amsterdam. Would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting this lovely city!

Fantastic tour to learn about Amsterdam life! Not your typical touristy experience. - Amazing tour! Our guide, Aryeh, knew the ins and outs of Amsterdam, and is a fantastic storyteller. He drew great metaphors, connecting the dots across the history and present, to give a good glimpse of what life in Amsterdam is all about. This tour is great if you want to know the intricacies of the city and life in it, but definitely not for someone looking for a typical touristy experience. Highly recommend it!
