Canal boat trip with host Vince - The canal boat trip we went on was amazing we all really enjoyed it. Our tour guide Vince was a great host and really informative and fun! Thanks a lot and would thoroughly recommend!

Fun and Interesting - The ride through the canals was very pleasant, the boat had a view on all sides so you could appreciate the views of the city. The captain Dex was very friendly and was interesting and fun to tell us facts about the city.

Excellent guide with good... - Excellent guide with good knowledge delivered with humour. Comfortable boat. Very good extensive tour.

Good canal cruise option - We took this cruise after leaving the Anne Frank House. We did not plan it but we were tired from walking all over and thought "at least we could rest our feet" So glad we did. It is located directly across from the museum exit. The boat is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is closed-in but the windows easily open for those special photo opportunities. The captain was knowledgeable and expressed himself in easy banter. We cruised at least an hour if not slightly more.

Disappointed - Could not hear the commentary. Would have appreciated ear phones. The switch between languages should have had a pause in between.

Double booking - Could not book with credit card. Must be paid with Google pay. Took so long to get confirmation that I double booked. Called you right away. Then you said one of the reservations would be refunded. It was never done. It was such a clear incorrect double booking!!! Sorry about the lies.

Disappointing boat trip - Having read the reviews I thought we would have a great bout tour with the Amsterdam Circle Line, however our experience was quite disappointing. We bought 2 adult and 1 infant ticket for 10:30am on Saturday, the boat was suppose to come pick us up at the front of Amsterdam station down the stairs. We came 15mins early to ensure we have enough time to board as we had an infant with us. 10:30am came and there was no boat, we went around asking if we are at the wrong spot but other boat tour guides assured that we were waiting at the right place however there was no Amsterdam Circle Line boat in sight. I called the number on my booking confirmation email, however the number listed there was for the wrong boat company and they said there was nothing they can do. Another 15mins later a boat came on the other side of the river, and the driver told us that the boat will now be departing 11:50 which is almost 1,5hrs over our original booking. Boat driver of course didn't know anything about earlier boats so our only choice was either to leave or wait. We were obviously upset as we felt tricked and scammed, on top of that had a stressed out infant who was crying non stop of being dragged around. The boat driver said come back later so we did, and we got to board the boat 11:50 which left after 12:00. I am not sure who is to blame here, if there was not enough boats or an error with viator, however I wish we were informed that no boat was coming that time, we could have arranged our time differently and avoided all the stress. Overall I will not be booking this boat tour again.

Not impressed, avoid at all costs. - Not impressed with this canal cruise operator. Myself and my 2 friends each purchased tickets for the yellow amsterdam circle canal cruise and walked 15 minutes to Anna Frank house where we were going to get the 4pm boat. When we arrived there at 4pm we were told that the boat would not be returning to the Anne frank house point, but would be finishing up at central station, which was too far away for us, as we had made arrangements to be finished at Anne frank house museum. The woman there told us that the next boat, leaving at 4.30pm would be returning to Anne Frank house, so we waited for that boat. That 4pm boat did not depart. When I asked her at 4.20pm if the 4.30pm boat was definitely finishing at and returning to Anne frank house, she told me that no, it would not, that it was finishing at Central Station. At this stage we were going to be late for our dinner reservation, if we had to take the 4.30 boat and finish at central station, because it was too far away from where we needed to be. So we decided not to go on the boat. I am very annoyed that we received such poor service. It ruined our plans for the afternoon/evening.
