Amsterdam canal cruise! - It was a fun trip. Our captain Michel and co captain Floris were the best. Both of them have lots of info about the city. They were funny too.

Worth the time and price !!! - While eating lunch, I made a last minute booking for the tour that starts in front of the H’art Museum. Location was perfect. Weather was unusually perfect as well. I’ve been on many canal tours in Amsterdam and boat kaptein Michiel and his crewmate were fantastisch !! Entertaining, funny, and many facts about Amsterdam (and the bits over the Dutch language) that I found very interesting. I brought my mom with for the tour and she loved it ! I would choose this same company again 10/10 - top cruise choice.

Highly recommend this canal tour - We had a wonderful trip around the Amsterdam canals and were very lucky to with our tour guide and boat captain (Michel and Tomas) We were a little late to the dock due to train delay but they could not have been more patient and welcoming. It was a fantastic experience and we got very lucky with the weather too!

Impromptu but was really nice!! - Great experience and storytelling with Sam and Richie. They were pleasant and particularly warm towards our kids. We had a birthday lady on our cruise, and they took time to celebrate her.

Beautiful site seeing cruise - This was a beautiful tour with a good small group atmosphere. There was a good selection of drinks. We had Walter and Luuk as guides who did a wonderful job giving sharing some of the fun parts of Amsterdam’s history.

Bad communication - We landed up being in the wrong place because of bad communication by the provider of the canal tour and therefore missed the trip. I messaged two days before asking for clarification, when the office was said to be open, but no-one replied for 2 days, by which time it was too late. Also the telephone number does not work.

No name on boat could not find it - Just gave us the address no name of boat we asked but no one knew where they were we missed the boat and ended up paying again with different company.. very disappointed in Viator
