Welcome to Amman Airport - Madaba

Amman Panorama Art Gallery - On this Jordan Family Vacation, the tour manager will greet and assist travelers at Amman International Airport. Guests will then be transported to their hotel in Madaba in a private, air-conditioned vehicle for check-in. At the hotel, the tour manager will facilitate a smooth check-in process and review the holiday itinerary to confirm pick-up times for each tour, with an overnight stay in Madaba.

Day 2: Madaba - Mt. Nebo - Jerash - Madaba

Madaba Archaeological Museum - After breakfast during the Jordan private tours, a personal guide will accompany guests to explore Madaba, known as “the City of Mosaics.” The tour begins with the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George. Following this, visitors will head to Mount Nebo, the memorial of Moses, believed to be the site of the prophet’s death and burial. The journey continues to Jerash, a Graeco-Roman city, which is a close second to Petra among favorite destinations in Jordan. Guests will then return to their hotel for an overnight stay.

Madaba - Kerak - Dana - Visit Wadi Rum

Wadi Rum Protected Area - After breakfast, the day starts with a visit to Dana (panoramic view from outside). The tour then proceeds to Kerak, renowned for its crusader fortress with underground galleries, rooms, secret passageways, and thick defensive walls. Finally, guests will be taken to Wadi Rum for an overnight stay.

Wadi Rum - Aqaba

Aqaba Castle - After breakfast at the camp, there will be a one and a half hour drive to the protectorate of Wadi Rum, a stunning desert landscape that captivates at every turn. Made famous by the film Lawrence of Arabia, the area features canyons, cliffs, sand dunes, and ancient rock glyphs. Guests will then be transferred to their hotel in Aqaba for an overnight stay.

Aqaba - Little Petra - Petra

Petra - Guests will wake up to the soothing sound of waves and a refreshing breeze. After breakfast, they can enjoy the beach. In the afternoon, the journey continues to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Petra, a renowned historical and archaeological city in southern Jordan. A brief visit to “Little Petra” will offer a preview of the wonders to be explored the following day.

Petra

Petra - After breakfast, guests will explore the rose-red City of Petra, Jordan’s largest attraction. From the visitor’s center, it’s a 700-meter walk to the Siq entrance, leading to the magnificent treasury. Exiting the chasm, visitors will be captivated by Petra’s beauty, recognized as one of the new world wonders. After exploring Petra, guests will return through the Siq to their hotel in Petra for an overnight stay.

Petra - Dead Sea

Dead Sea - After breakfast, guests will be driven to the Dead Sea to spend the day floating and relaxing. They will enjoy the sunshine at the lowest point on earth and try a refreshing mud bath to cleanse the skin. The day concludes with an overnight stay at the Dead Sea.

Dead Sea - Amman Airport

Amman Panorama Art Gallery - After completing the Jordan private tours, guests will have breakfast before being transferred to Queen Alia International Airport for departure.
