Named after India’s sacred Ganges River and once a royal palace, this temple features tiered fountains, exquisite gardens, and concrete creatures that spout water into bathing pools, offering a unique place for prayer. Next, the tour visits Besakih Temple, Bali’s Mother Temple, located on the slopes of Mt. Agung. This temple is the largest, most significant, and holiest in Bali’s Hindu religion.
