Ambepussa - Guests will be picked up from Colombo airport or their hotel. A representative will be waiting inside the airport according to the provided flight details (flight number, landing time, etc.) if the pickup is from the airport. Otherwise, guests can inform us of the hotel name for pickup arrangements.

Ambepussa is a stop midway to Kandy, renowned for breakfast and refreshments. Guests can inform the chauffeur if they wish to stop there.

Susantha Spice and Herbal Garden - Sri Lanka is globally renowned for its diverse spices, which are also a major export. Visitors will receive an overview of the various spices, their cultivation, and harvesting processes. A complimentary herbal drink is provided to each visitor.

Kandy - Upon arrival in Kandy, guests will head to the hotel to check in and relax before the next activity, which begins at 5:00 pm.

Kandy Lake Club - Cultural Dance Show - The Kandy cultural show is a stunning activity featuring a variety of cultural performances by skilled and experienced artists. This includes dancing, drumming, and entertainment from different regions of Sri Lanka. The show concludes with a fire dance and fire walking segment. It starts at 5:00 pm and ends at 6:00 pm.

Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic - The Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy is considered the most significant Buddhist temple globally. Most tourists visiting Sri Lanka ensure this site is part of their itinerary. It is within walking distance from the cultural center, allowing for a visit immediately after the show.

Kandy View Point - Also known as Arthur’s Seat, this viewpoint offers a stunning view of the entire city of Kandy. The ideal time to visit is in the evening, making it perfect after visiting the temple. The beautiful Kandy Lake, temple, and city can be seen from this magnificent vantage point.

Sigiriya, Dambulla, and Safari Tour

Matale - The day begins after breakfast at the hotel, heading to Sigiriya from Kandy.

The first stop is Matale, a city en route to Sigiriya. A famous Hindu Kovil is located in the center of Matale, and a brief stop can be made there.

Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress - This world heritage site is considered the 8th wonder of the world and is a must-visit for anyone touring Sri Lanka. It is advisable to start the climb early to avoid the midday heat and fatigue.

Pidurangala Rock - Another rock with historical significance, located near the Sigiriya rock fortress. Some travelers prefer this over Sigiriya rock. Guests can choose one of these as there may not be enough time to visit both.

Hiriwadunna - The traditional village safari at Hiriwadunna is a popular activity. Visitors can experience the activities of a traditional Sri Lankan village and gain insight into the Sri Lankan lifestyle. Guests can participate in cooking, and a complimentary Sri Lankan lunch is provided at the end.

Minneriya National Park - This exciting activity offers a great opportunity to observe wild elephants in their natural behavior. Some herds consist of hundreds of elephants. A 4WD jeep and guide will be arranged for the safari trip inside the jungle. Besides elephants, other animal species can also be expected.

Dambulla Cave Temple - After the safari tour, the journey continues towards Kandy. The Dambulla cave temples, located en route, are among the oldest Buddhist cave temples in the world and have a rich history.

Kandy Lake - After breakfast, guests will check out from the hotel in Kandy and start traveling towards Nuwara Eliya. There are several places to visit in Kandy and along the way.
Kandy Lake is a beautiful creation located in the center of Kandy city and is an iconic symbol of Kandy’s identity.

Kandy Market Hall - Situated in the heart of Kandy town, this is where locals purchase their daily necessities. It is an ideal place to understand the lifestyle of ordinary Sri Lankans.

Natural Gems and Gemmological Museum - Gem mining is a major industry in Sri Lanka and is among the top export products. A visit to the gem museum offers a great experience, demonstrating the entire gem mining process. The presentation educates visitors about the varieties of gems available in Sri Lanka.

Royal Botanical Gardens - A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It is one of the largest botanical gardens in South Asia, showcasing a variety of beautiful trees, flowers, and plants.

Damro Labookellie Tea Centre and Tea Garden - The name “Sri Lanka” is synonymous with tea, and some people in different countries know Sri Lanka solely for its finest tea. Nuwara Eliya - This is the capital of Sri Lanka’s hill country, often referred to as “Little England” due to its cool climate and British-influenced architecture. Guests will check into the hotel, and the evening is free for relaxation or exploring the city.

Scenic Train Journey and Beautiful Ella

Gregory Lake - The main activity of the day is the scenic train ride from Nuwara Eliya to Ella. The train departs at 12:30 pm, leaving the morning for sightseeing in Nuwara Eliya.
A visit to Gregory Lake Park, located near Nuwara Eliya city, is possible. It is a beautiful place with activities such as boat rides and horse rides.

Nuwara Eliya - A city tour of the beautiful Nuwara Eliya includes visits to the market hall and Victoria Park.

Nanu Oya Railway Station - The chauffeur will take guests to Nanu Oya station to catch the train at 12:30 pm. Train tickets will be reserved, and assistance will be provided in finding the specific seat number. The chauffeur will drive to Ella with the luggage and wait at the Ella station for the train.

Ella - Guests will arrive at Ella station around 3:00 pm, where the chauffeur will be waiting for pickup. Sightseeing in Ella will follow.

Nine Arches Bridge - This is a key attraction in Ella. Visitors to Ella make it a point to see the Nine Arches Bridge. Its unique design and beautiful surroundings make it popular among travelers.

Ravana Ella Falls - Ravana Falls is one of Sri Lanka’s longest and most beautiful waterfalls, located near the main road to Wellawaya from Ella. This route will be taken to reach the next destination.

Bentota - The journey continues straight from Ella to Bentota, a beautiful city in Sri Lanka’s southern coastal area. Guests will check into the hotel for an overnight stay.

Galle and the Beach Day

Galle - A trip to Sri Lanka is incomplete without spending time by the beach. Galle is one of Sri Lanka’s most beautiful cities and the capital of the southern coastal area.
After breakfast at the hotel, guests will check out and head to Galle. Galle Fort, built by the Dutch during their time in Sri Lanka, is an iconic location.
Departure time for Galle can be decided based on guests’ preference for relaxing at the hotel on Bentota beach.

Madu Ganga Biodiversity Area - A boat safari on the Madu River offers the opportunity to see animals and birds. Guests will visit an island where the cinnamon industry is explained, providing insight into cinnamon cultivation and processing.

Turtle Hatchery Hikkaduwa - Guests can see, feed, and spend time with turtles. There are hundreds of turtles of various ages and sizes.

Colombo - After completing the planned activities in Galle and Bentota, the journey continues to Colombo.

Colombo City Visit and End of the Tour

Pettah - The itinerary can be arranged based on the departure flight time. It typically takes around 30 minutes to reach the airport from Colombo.
Possible sightseeing and attractions in Colombo are listed, and decisions can be made based on preferences and departure time.
Pettah is the main area for street shopping and general businesses, where locals make daily purchases.

Galle Face Green - A relaxation spot near the beach and the new port city in Colombo.

Old Parliament Building - Built by the English during their control of Sri Lanka, located near Galle Face Green.

Colombo National Museum - A great place for those interested in learning about history.

Katunayake - The location of Colombo Airport. The tour concludes here, with the chauffeur dropping guests at the airport with ample time for their departure flight. Alternatively, guests can be dropped at their next hotel if their departure flight is on a different date.
