It's the best vineyard in the world. - The tour is very good, they explain everything very well and is entertaining. Wine tasting is very good because it is learned and enjoyed. The magnificent, spectacular vineyard facilities! We also booked in the restaurant Doña Paula and the food was excellent, plus the somelier made us a very good recommendation of wine.? We also did the park tour which is the walk through the gardens and surroundings of the hotel and chapel. Lovely! Well, what about the Andean Museum. I imagined a small museum with few things to see and it was THE surprise of the day: the collection that the museum has is spectacular and the salons are arranged in such a way that the tour becomes very enjoyable while you learn. It was a day of experiences that we enjoyed a thousand!

Tour Viña Santa Rita - I had an amazing experience in this vineyard. The tour was excellent and very complete. Our guide, Josefa (dry!), was simply spectacular: she explains everything very clearly and in detail, has admirable patience and rating the passion and knowledge she has for her work. It made the whole tour both entertaining and educational. I definitely recommend it 100%

Recommended experience - It was a wonderful experience mainly because we could hire a tour in Portuguese. The guide who attended us, who was Brazilian, explained very well about the wines and the history of the winemaking in addition to the explanation of the harmonization with food. It was a class!

An interesting experience just 45 min from Santiago - I have been to several vineyards and comparing similar tours. I was expecting more being cataloged vineyard #1 according to Forbes. Signage from the outside is confusing. The guide had the knowledge but did not spread it but asked him, only told you the basics. The facilities of the vineyard very nice. But I expected more from the tasting, in a dark environment, very thick glasses, only 3 wines, no minimum salt or water cookies to drink and rinse the glasses. The store well stocked and with good prices. Recommended visit but if you want a better tasting experience choose a superior, premium, etc.

Great history but average entry level wines - The history of the winery was great. The facilities were good. Unfortunately, the wines offered in the tasting did not match up with the reputation of the winery. We would have readily paid more to taste something beyond the entry level wines, but this was not offered to us. I think this was a missed opportunity for us and the winery. If you decide to visit, opt for the more premium wines. The winery should offer the opportunity to add to your tasting during the process.

Forgotten accessibility in vineyard number 1 - During a visit to the Santa Rita Vineyard for a business lunch at 14:15 hours, we experienced a very unfortunate situation. There was no mobilization from the parking lots to the restaurant, forcing an 80-year-old, who is moving with a cane, to walk in 35 °C of heat. Upon enquiry, the cart driver reported that the vehicles were not powered by sulfated batteries. It is unacceptable that a vineyard of international standing, which is ranked No. 1 in the world, does not have a basic transportation system for its visitors, especially considering accessibility and care for the elderly.
