• Altafjord - The starting point of the boat trip will be adjusted based on the most recent whale sightings. The boat journey will last approximately 2 hours.

During the winter months, whales migrate to the herring-abundant fjords in northern Norway to feed. This presents a rare chance to observe these magnificent creatures up close while exploring the stunning fjords of northern Norway.

Participants will have the opportunity to admire the breathtaking winter skies, surrounded by majestic mountains and the diverse wildlife of the fjords.

Once aboard the boat, the journey will take us into the fjords in search of humpback whales and orcas. We will maintain a respectful distance and switch off the boat engines to reduce any disturbance to the whales. The whales are often as intrigued by visitors as we are by them, so they are likely to swim around our boat.

Please be aware that while every effort is made, sightings of whales cannot be guaranteed. The start and end dates of the season may be adjusted based on whale migration patterns.

This tour is conducted in small groups, with a maximum of 12 participants, to ensure a personalized and memorable experience for all guests.
