Into the Heart of Puerto Rico

But this time, I traded my surfboard for hiking sandals and ventured inland to Almirante Sur for The Cave Adventure. As I arrived at the meeting point, I was greeted by our guides, Juan Jo, Abdiel, and Liana, whose infectious enthusiasm set the tone for the day. The journey to the starting point was a short drive on a narrow, winding road, a prelude to the adventure that awaited.

The local family who managed the parking area welcomed us with warm smiles and offered refreshing Puerto Rican limbers, a delightful treat that I knew would be a perfect post-adventure refreshment.
