Amazing First Experience in Kazakhstan - As a solo traveler visiting Kazakhstan for the first time, I chose this tour based on its great reviews and it truly did not disappoint.
The tour started right on time at 8:00 AM, with Dinara picking me up directly from my hotel. Since it was low season, there were only three of us in total, Dinara, another tourist, and myself which made the experience feel very personal and comfortable.
Our first stop was Shymbulak, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The snow-covered mountains were magnificent, with skiers enjoying the slopes. It wasn’t crowded at all, which made the whole experience even more peaceful.
We then continued exploring the city, including Green Bazaar, Panfilov Park, the arbat street, chocolate factory. Dinara spoke excellent English and made the entire trip smooth, informative, and enjoyable.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this tour especially for solo travelers looking for a hassle-free and memorable introduction to Kazakhstan.

GREAT FOR STARTERS TRAVELLING TO KAZAKHSTAN! - This is our first time travelling to Kazakhstan and we're glad we took this opportunity to have a tour here. This tour is teally good for starters and those who want to DIY. For such a cheap price, you can travel to most of the landmarks in the Almaty and you will be guided and shared with the knowledge and culture of Kazakh.

Pleasant tour of some of... - Pleasant tour of some of the highlights in Almaty, with the most fun part being the ski resort and the views of the Tianshan mountains. Our guide Didi was great and kept us entertained throughout the tour. A good way to get a feel for the city. Recommended!

Frost in the air, warmth in the heart 💞 - We had an amazing experience exploring Almaty, including the beautiful mountains of Shymbulak and the city tour around Almaty. The views at Shymbulak were absolutely breathtaking, and the city itself is vibrant, clean, and full of interesting history and culture.
A special thanks to our tour guide, Alibi, who made the entire trip truly unforgettable. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about both the mountain area and the city attractions. He explained everything clearly and shared many interesting facts that made the tour more meaningful and enjoyable.
His English was excellent, which made communication easy and comfortable for us. He was attentive, patient, and ensured that everyone had a great time throughout the tour.
We highly recommend this tour, especially with Alibi as your guide. It was a wonderful and memorable experience!

Almaty city tour, Shymbulak and Medeo - Our Almaty city tour became truly special thanks to our guide, Sayazhan. She was not only knowledgeable about the history and culture of the city, but also very warm and attentive to us. She explained everything with passion and made us feel comfortable at every stop.
Interestingly, her name means “Shadow,” and it felt symbolic — she was always there when we needed help, guidance, or a good story, but never intrusive. Thanks to her, we didn’t just see Almaty, we felt its spirit. I would honestly recommend her to anyone visiting the city.

Fun and hasslefree tour - I definitely enjoyed the tour. My guide, Sabina, was really sweet and accommodating. And the agency even gifted me the entrance fee to Shymbulak Resort because it was my birthday. That really warmed my heart. I appreciate it very much. I would definitely recommend the agency to anyone planning to go here and have a tour in this beautiful country. 😊

An incredable Alamaty winter experience - We had the absolute pleasure of touring Almaty with an exceptional guide, Miss Dinara, who truly made our trip unforgettable. Over several days, we visited stunning and culturally rich landmarks including Shymbulak Ski Resort, Republic Square, Panfilov Park, the vibrant Green Bazaar, and the local Chocolate Factory.
She was also incredibly thoughtful, making sure we had plenty of photo opportunities and time to explore each site comfortably. As first-time visitors to Kazakhstan, we felt well taken care of and deeply connected to the local culture thanks to their guidance.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Almaty — whether you're into nature, food, history, or just want a stress-free and enriching experience.
