12:00. A rest stop at the “Eco Park” of Charyn Canyon, where a café is available for dining. The guide will provide tea with Kazakh sweets, and there will be an hour of free time for relaxation.
13:00. Return to the SUV for a drive to the “Moon” Canyon.

- Bartogai Lake - 16:00. The journey back to Almaty city begins, with a stop at the Bartogai Reservoir along the way.

An impressive nature experience in the footsteps of the Grand Canyon! - The trip to Charyn Gorge was an absolute experience and our guide Sultan did a great job. An impressive walk over 80 minutes into the varied and fascinating gorge. After that, he motivated us to take the shortcut on the way back. So we could enjoy a fantastic view. The food in a local restaurant with noisy locals is also a highlight in the memory.

great day - Our guide/driver Dmitry was really fantastic. Very knowledgeable but not over-bearing. He was intuitive to everyone's personality. He made a great effort to point out everything that had genuine interest. We all had a wonderful day. Very often guides try too hard. If you book any tour, ask for him.

Great 1-day tour together with comprehensive information package - We had a one-day tour to Charyn Canyon, Alexander as our tour guide and driver. The whole day was really enjoyable. Of course the canyon itself and walking over there was nice, but talking with Alexander was at least as nice too! He gave us a huge amount of information about Kazakhstan and also, as he's an experienced traveller, he has a good view to relate things from different places. The whole driving was around 100 km, but it was comfortable with a good driver. In addition, as we were a bit faster in our day trip, we visited the Medeu park as a bonus in the end of the day. Really can recommend these guys!

Amazing experience! - It was without a doubt the best experience we had in Kazakhstan. The tour was perfect and in addition to visiting the canyon, we also visited some famous lakes and had an incredible cultural immersion tasting the local flavors. Our lunch was delicious and was served to us in a typical nomadic hut. It was amazing.
Our guide Michael did everything to make us feel part of the local life, answering all our questions teaching us a lot about the country and the places visited.
This experience has certainly entered our list of the best moments of our travels around the world.

Winter Sharyn - Visited almost "winter" as it snowed that day. Very beautiful landscape and atmosphere bomb. At first they went down to halfway and went up to where the first exam room was. They made very nice pictures. Reached exam room two and went back. Now we want to come back in the summer.

Wonderful. - When choosing, the main factor was the prompt response to the application. Immediately liked the speed and clarity. The same clarity of organization was present during the tour itself. And of course, the magnificent natural beauty and knowledge of the guide, allowed you to fully enjoy the trip.

Confirm bookings but no one shows up - Totally unprofessional company. Had a tour confirmed with a pickup between 05:00 and 05:30 - but nobody showed up. Phone not answered, whatsapp messages ignored. Suddenly shortly before 08:00 the message that the amount charged to the credit card will be refunded.. But no explanation even I had demanded one. Now it was too late to search alternative options for a day tour. Stay away.
