Wonderful - The tour guide Jules (English pronounciation of her name) was phenomenal. Very well versed in English and shared a lot of interesting facts. The trip itself was well organised and on time throught. Great scenery , good food and the highlight was karoake and bonfire in the night.

Wonderful - We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed every moment. The places we visited were absolutely beautiful and well chosen. Our guide JAN was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The driver was also very professional and kind throughout the trip. The yurt was very clean, comfortable, and honestly even better than we expected. The location was stunning and offered a truly unique experience. The food was delicious, and the team took great care of us from start to finish. Everything was well organized, and we always felt welcomed and looked after. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kazakhstan. Thank you for such a memorable experience! 😊🏔️✨

Amazing two days!! A must visit places if you are coming to Kazhakstan. - Must do if you are coming to Kazhakstan. Tour was very well organised and activity/events were very well placed time wise. Kolsai and Kaindy lakes feel surreal and out of this world. Highlight of the trip was our night stay in a beautiful green valley. Shout out to our guide Jan for making this trip memorable!

Great fun way to see Kazakhstan with great guide - This was a great tour with an excellent guide, Zhuldys. She did a great job of herding 30 people on a comfortable luxury small bus to 6 locations all over Kazakhstan. The bus had air conditioning,WiFi, and a competent driver. Optional activities included boat rentals and horseback riding. The hikes were relatively easy (and we were the oldest folks at 73) and never more than 5km. A great mix of tourists of all ages from Singapore, Philippines, Canada, India, Turkey, Italy, France and a few from the USA.

Incredible experience - This excursion was great! We had the time to explore the different canyons and stroll along the lakes. Everything was as described. The tour is very comprehensive, with varied activities and interesting explanations. Moreover, our guide Vlad was fantastic! He was funny, interesting, attentive, and always ready to show us the best spots. The provided meals were typical and delicious. The only small downside might be the size of the group, which was larger than I would have imagined. We were about twenty people, and a smaller group would have made the experience more intimate. But overall, it was great; I recommend it!

Poor irresponsible handling of a problem - Overall, it was a good experience exploring this part of the country. However, I have a few reservations. First, the group size was quite big. We almost completely filled a big bus. Second, the host of lunches on both days was a bit hostile. One of the group members wanted to take a caramel on the table, but the host yelled “no”, prohibiting her from doing so. It was unclear why. Third, the program is quite long. We got dropped off at our hotel at 10 pm and were exhausted. Fourth, the guide’s poor handling of an problem. We found out that our bag was swapped with someone from our group who had been dropped off earlier. The guide asked us to go back on the bus as they had to drop off more people at the last stop. However, he did not take the responsibility in taking us back to our hotel. Instead, he asked the person who took our bag to come to the hotel at the last stop and us to wait for her here (he didn’t know how long we would have to wait), and just leave us hanging. We did not have a local app to call a taxi or local money to pay for the taxi. I felt that it was a poor irresponsible handling of the situation. Ps. The music in the bus (when it was played) was also a bit loud.
