Excellent VIP tour - We booked 3 tours with Paolo, and it was beyond our expectations. We visited and ate at exclusive locations, with the appreciated company of Paolo our super guide. The service is excellent, we recommend at 100%.

Apartment never cleaned properly in 10 days - Used to be great, now it struggles to get 2 stars.
We were here for 10 days having stayed here for 1 week at the end of September for 20 years, in the same apartment.
The bread crumbs underneath the kitchen table were never totally swept up in the whole time we were here even though we complained to the management.
The bathroom had 4 small plastic shower gels when we arrived and when we asked for replacements we were told that they only supply 4 on arrival for the whole stay.
Would not recommend now after many happy years here.
On talking to the shopkeeper next door where we buy our fresh milk and rolls he says everyone’s complaining about the poor cleaning and service.
Such a shame it used to be nearer 4 stars.
