Everything was great. Very informative, however I was very disappointed that the restaurant was closed. I did not see that on the website. That was one of the main attractions I wanted to experience.
Exhibit does a great job of displaying the significant and popular cars and other vehicles in the 20th century of American history.
Our visit was a birthday present for my finace, who really likes cars. I am not at all a car person, but ended up having fun myself, too!
Great place with nice cars and people!
My experience was good, super good pass there , like my wife and my little daughter. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Would definitely visit again.
I loved the classic car displays and the kids loved the holiday train display. Nice Job!
The museum itself was great! We enjoyed the cars and their displays and the docents were knowledgeable. The museum was a good experience and a day well spent. Our dissatisfaction, however, involved the early interaction with the staff at the entrance. This outing was a surprise Father's Day gift, and we built the day around the opening time of 10:00 AM as listed on your website for Father's Day, June 21. We were surprised, however, to see upon arrival at 10:15 that the doors were closed and no employees were around. We checked and double checked the website again and yes, 10:00 AM was the listed opening time. This was confirmed with the other families who also arrived after us. Once the doors opened and we expressed our surprise to the staff near the entrance and ticket desk, we were informed that WE were wrong. Even when I pulled up your website on my phone and showed it to the man at the desk, I was told by him that I was wrong again, and that he didn't care what was listed on the website. I realize that the opening time on the website was likely a mistake. These kinds of things happen. But a simple acknowledgement and a statement of regret for any inconvenience would have left us with a better impression about the museum. As it was, the employee's curt statement that 'for 7 years opening time on Sunday has been Noon' and no apology for a mistake made by museum administration left us with a poor impression of your hospitality. (Not lost on us was that later that same day, your website was updated and corrected to show the proper opening time. That shows us that at least someone checked to see if there was an error. It's just too bad that the staff on duty near the entrance couldn't simply apologize for the mix-up.)
I like the museum, however I wish it was open later into the day.
Beautiful, interesting displays of automotive engineering!!! Very knowledgeable, friendly guides through out the facility explain interesting details of the exhibits. My 4 year old grandson really enjoyed turning the steering wheel in the race car and Mack truck that he could "drive" for photos and other interactive exhibits. A kind guide opened the "50's" cafe for us to see and advised the cafe is available to be reserved for parties. A very enjoyable afternoon! Thank You! I would like to visit again!
