Algonquin Provincial Park - Upon arrival at the campsite, enjoy demonstrations on fire-making without matches, informative sessions with handouts on local wildlife (such as moose, loons, beavers, bears, wolves, and snapping turtles), followed by a gourmet dinner. Participate in wood gathering, an astronomy lesson, and a campfire featuring BBQ wild salmon. Experience an unforgettable guided night tour under the stars to a natural beaver habitat. Algonquin Provincial Park - Paddle to cliffs for 2m, 3m, 5m, and 7m cliff jumping into the lake. Construct a Native-style sauna (85°C) with sea salt scrub, eucalyptus oils, and a clay mask, followed by swimming. Make a brief stop at Tom Thompson’s Algonquin Memorial and the site of his passing, and return to the registration office by 1:00 PM.
