Getting to know Algeria from Spain - We did two tours with Algeriatours16, the first to
Cherchell & Tipaza and the second by Algiers.
Both were very interesting, the guides very attentive and documented, about the history, customs, places to see...
We really loved the trip to Algeria, getting to know cultures so close and different at the same time, it’s worth not having gone more days to get to know the country more.
I would definitely recommend visiting Algeria and touring with the Wassim team.

Walking tour of the Casbah - I had a oneday trip to Algiers and made it a point to get in touch with AlgeriaTours16 for a walking tour of the Casbah in Algiers. We made arrangements for a private tour via Instagram and communication was prompt. On the day, I met Wassim and his wife Noor for a fantastic tour of the Casbah. Their knowledge and passion for what they do made for an eye-opening and insightful experience of a city not many travellers visit. Wassim and Noor took me to great spots for photography and street food in the historic and interesting Casbah. Thanks to their familiarity with the locals, we got an impromptu invite to visit the spectacular home of a local which was the highlight for me. Wassim and Noor come across as very friendly and it felt like I'd known them for years. I hope to return for another tour in the future and will definitely be calling on Wassim and Noor.

Great time and knowledgeable guides - Great time walking around the Casbah area, learning more of the history and day to day life now, and trying on a traditional women’s covering.

Amazing people showing amazing places - I had just few hours free to visit Algers during a business trip and Wassim was so nice to pick me up and show me the highlights of the city with his wife.
I had a great time with them. They are really nice and smart people, with a lot to tell about their wonderful city.
I felt so welcome and taken care of.
Should I come back to Algeria I’d spend more time with them for sure and see more of this interesting country.
Thank you Algeria Tours 16!!

Wonderful tour of the Casbah of Algiers - I took a guided tour of the Casbah, it was exciting. Our architect by training knows the Casbah perfectly and explained to me perfectly the why of how the houses were built with all the peculiarities related to the site. We have lunch at the restaurant Le Repère, perfect to have a breathtaking view of the Bay of Algiers and taste typical dishes. Then you can access the many Ottoman palaces that recall the important history of this place. If you want to visit the Casbah, no hesitation, do it with Algeria Tours 16. I'm sure the other expeditions they offer are also perfect.

A must visit in Algiers - Without doubt one of my favorite spots in Algiers.
Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Wassim and Houda, we felt welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere we had a fantastic start, the guides and tour were extremely good.
Wassim and his wife Houda are such a warm personality and highly motivated guides, I truly enjoyed walking through Cadbah, and received huge amount of historical information.
Many thanks and I highly recommend AlgeriaTours16 to everyone.

The best way to know the Casbah de Algiers - We stayed 5 days in Algeria in February 2020. Although we did much of the route for free, we decided it would be interesting if someone led us through the Casbah. Houda, an architect girl, with perfect English and above all brilliant for her sympathy made us the route.
We generally prefer to go freely to the sites, but this time it was a complete success to go with a person to guide us.
Houda took us through much of the Casbah, he explained the history, why it is built. We were also able to enter places that by book we could never find.
The route lasted about 4 hours, and part of knowing everything about Casbah we could talk about Algerian society, its customs, etc. Basically it was a very good way to get to know many beyond the tourist attractions and be able to totally dive into Algerian life.
As you can already imagine, we absolutely recommend the guided tour of the Casbah with Algeriatours16!

Magical and insightful tour of the Casbah - We had a fantastic tour of the Casbah in central Algiers. Our guide was absolutely lovely and looked after us perfectly. What's more, she was very knowledgable having a really in-depth understanding of the Casbah's history, it's architecture and the way of life there, in the past and to the present day.
Algeria Tours were excellent in every respect.

La Casbah - The visit of the Casbah with the guide Yazid was a great moment, especially the visit of the joinery with its roof terrace with an incredible view of the Casbah and the Bay of Algiers, visit of a magnificent palace , and all its alleys where there is something to get lost , so to visit absolutely with a guide .
Thank you again for this beautiful discovery of the Casbah
