The adventure kicks off in Alghero, moving towards a more remote and uninhabited inland region. During the journey, the contrasts between Alghero and the rest of the island will be highlighted, while enjoying the stunning views of the Gulf of Alghero.

There will be a stop to explore the native plants of the Mediterranean scrub and their traditional applications. Departing from the main road, the path will lead onto a secondary route historically used by local shepherds to traverse their lands. This path will guide to a distinctive panoramic viewpoint, offering a breathtaking view of the entire Gulf of Alghero—an experience not to be missed!

The journey continues through cork oak forests, where insights into cork production will be shared. The next destination is an archaeological park, providing an opportunity to delve into the history and culture of the Nuragic civilization.

The route then returns along the coast, offering a chance to observe and admire griffon vultures, the magnificent rulers of the skies. Before concluding the adventure, there will be a final stop at a nearby beach to savor a traditional Sardinian aperitif featuring local specialties.

  Activities that take place in the natural environment inevitably involve risks. To minimise this risk, the staff is adequately trained, and our boats and equipment are subject to routine maintenance or extraordinary maintenance when necessary. However, by booking and participating in our excursions, the Participant(s):

1. Declares under their responsibility to be in a good state of health and to exempt MareTerra Group SNC from any civil and criminal liability related to and consequent to the ascertainment of this condition;
2. Undertakes to behave following the principles of legality and respect for the principles of civilisation on the occasion of the excursion and not, in any case, engage in behaviour contrary to the law and civil rules that may put danger to one’s own or others’ safety;
3. Relieves MareTera Group SNC from any liability, direct and indirect, for any material and non-material damage, theft and/or damage to any personal object and/or expenses (including legal fees), which may arise following participation in the excursion, also as a consequence of one’s or others’ behaviour;
4. Finally, by accepting the terms and conditions, the Participant(s) assumes all responsibility that may derive from participation in the excursion and relieves the MareTerra Group SNC of any civil and criminal liability, even objective, as a consequence of accidents caused to himself or third parties and illnesses that occurred during the entire duration of the excursion, including transfers by any means to and from the excursion site;
5. Under and for art. 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Participant(s) declare to have carefully examined all the clauses listed above and to specifically approve them by booking our tour.
