The driver Hamoud... - The driver Hamoud (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) arrived early at our accommodation and waited for us. With skilled driving, he brought us to our destination right on time. He also played enjoyable music, which made the ride pleasant. Although the speed on the highway was a bit fast at times, the road was nearly empty that day, so it was not a serious issue. Overall, I was satisfied with this transportation service.

clean, efficient, friendly! - Very great service! the driver arrived outside the hotel 5 mins early after sending a message with an ETA that morning. He helped load and unload our bags, and was very friendly on the drive, asking us if we wanted to stop for toilets, snacks, and drinks. All the road tolls were included in our trip cost, and the car was very clean and comfortable. All in all, a very pleasurable experience!

Excellent Transport - The driver Mr Mohammed showed up exactly on tiime, was courteous and helpful. He drove carefully in the somewhat chaotic traffic of the highway and in Cairo to my destination, compared with the previous company I had hired. Highly recommended

Honest - Well we were a bit apprehensive if he would turn up but about an hour later he did so we were happy. He even stopped by to give us juice and water at his own expense. To be fair this was a good service and we would use it again

Drive from Alexandria to Cairo airport hotel - The drive was fine but the driver picked u up s up 1 hr late. The company apologized profusely, gave us gifts at the destination and we didn’t suffer but were very annoyed.

Overcharging, under delivering. - Terrible experience. 1. The driver was late by 30 minutes causing us to miss an appointment in Cairo. No apologies was given for being late 2. For the whole trip, there was no Air Conditioner even though we told the driver it was hot. 3. No water, drinks or snacks was offered even though it was mentioned in the ticket. 4. The driver was almost dozing off during the journey putting our lives at risk! 5. The driver told us that he didn’t have GPS so he had to borrow my mobile phone to find his way to our destination in Cairo. I had to leave my phone on throughout the trip. Overall, this company did not deliver a reasonable service and overcharged us for the trip. Extremely disappointed. This is not acceptable and need to compensate us for overcharging us and for not delivering the minimum service.
