• Alexandria - Prepare for an exhilarating journey beginning at your hotel. At the scheduled time, you will meet our expert Egyptologist Guide and experienced driver in the hotel lobby. We will embark on a picturesque drive along the Mediterranean coast to Alexandria (approximately 3 hours). Upon arrival, we will travel along the Corniche to view the entire city, passing the Stanly Bridge, the Unknown Soldier of Alexandria, and the statue of Alexander the Great.

• Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa - Our first destination is the remarkable catacombs of Kom El-Shuqqafa. These ancient burial sites, dating back to the 2nd century AD, blend Egyptian, Greek, and Roman architectural styles. It is a captivating site that reflects the region’s rich heritage.

• Ancient Roman Amphitheater - Next, we will visit the Roman amphitheater, an exceptionally preserved theater from the Roman period, constructed from marble and capable of seating up to 800 people. Surrounding the amphitheater are remnants of Roman baths, villas with stunning galleries, mosaic floors, and a charming garden. We will then proceed to the Citadel of Qaitbay, a 15th-century defensive fortress on the Mediterranean coast. It is located where the renowned Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, once stood. The citadel is impressive and holds great historical significance.

• Biblioteca de Alexandria - Our final stop is the modern Alexandria Library, a remarkable example of contemporary architecture that contrasts sharply with Egypt’s ancient marvels. Inside, you can explore the library at your leisure while our local guide provides fascinating insights.

As the day concludes, we will bid farewell to Alexandria and return to your hotel in Cairo.
