• Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa - The tour guide will collect guests from their hotel in Alexandria to commence the tour. The first stop is the Catacombs of Kom El Shokafa, the largest Roman cemetery, featuring three levels carved into the rock.

• Pompey’s Pillar - The tour includes a drive-by of Pompey’s Pillar, with a stop for photographs. This pillar was erected in honor of Emperor Diocletian at the end of the 4th century.

• Ancient Roman Theater, Alexandria - The tour will pass by the excavation site of the Old Roman City of Alexandria, showcasing Roman villas, the Amphitheater Ruins, Alexandria’s Great Tomb excavation site, and various ruins. While the interior of these sites will not be visited, the guide will provide insights into their historical importance from the outside.

• Bibliotheca Alexandria - The next destination is the Library of Alexandria, the largest library in the world. Visitors can explore its open court, where statues of Alexander the Great and Ptolemy I, discovered underwater nearby, are displayed.

Guests will also visit the President Sadat Museum and the Impressions of Alexandria Museum.

Note: The Alexandria Library is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays. A ticket is required to enter the reading area.

• Sidi Morsi Abu al-Abbas Mosque - The tour will then proceed to the city’s most beautiful and largest mosque, with a photo opportunity at the Abbo Elabbas Mosque.
• Kayetbai - Across from the mosque is the corniche and the old harbor, where visitors can observe old fishing boats, fishermen, and traditional net-making. The photos taken here are stunning. The tour continues to the exterior of Quaitbay Castle, built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. This spectacular castle offers a great photo opportunity.
• Alexandria Unknown Naval Soldier Memorial - This memorial honors unknown soldiers who perished in sea battles and was initially designed as a tribute to Khedive Ismail.
• Saint Mark’s Coptic Orthodox Cathedral - The tour will then visit St. Mark’s Church, the oldest church in Africa. During the drive, guests will see the old downtown area, featuring historical architecture with Baroque, Italian, and French influences.
• Stanley Bridge - The route includes a pass by the famous Stanley Bridge, a modern landmark symbolizing contemporary Alexandria.
• Montazah Gardens - The tour concludes with a visit to Montazah Palace Gardens, the royal gardens of King Farouk, Egypt’s last king. Guests can take photos of King Farouk’s royal palace and explore the royal beaches of the queens.
