• Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa - Early in the morning, at the time we mentioned, our expert tour guide will pick you up to begin your tour. Drive approximately 220 km northeast of Cairo to Alexandria, a journey of around 3 hours, to reach your first destination: The Catacombs Tomb. Built between the 2nd and 4th centuries by the Romans and accidentally discovered in 1900 AD, it is one of the largest necropolises. It consists of a series of Alexandrian tombs, statues, and archaeological objects that blend Pharaonic funeral traditions with Hellenistic and early Imperial Roman influences.

• Pompey’s Pillar - After visiting the Catacombs, travel 2 km to Pompey’s Pillar. This Roman triumphal column is one of the largest of its kind constructed outside the imperial capitals of Rome and Constantinople. Located at the Serapeum of Alexandria, it is the only known free-standing column in Roman Egypt that was not made of drums. It is one of the largest ancient monoliths and one of the tallest monolithic columns ever erected.

• Kayetbai - Next, drive to the shore of Alexandria to the site of one of the ancient Seven Wonders, the old lighthouse, which was completely destroyed and replaced by Qaitbay Castle, built in the 15th century. Enjoy a walk around the exterior. Afterward, you will have the opportunity to take a picture of the famous Abu-Alabbas Al-Mursi Mosque. Drive along the Corniche of Alexandria with a stop at the Alexandria Bibliotheca, the world’s leading library, which houses more than 8 million books.

• Montazah Gardens - After passing through modern Alexandria, you will arrive at El Montazah Palace, also known as King Farouk’s Palace.
