Great Day Out - Wonderful trip to the caves of Hams. Would especially recommend for your children as it is next to Dinosaur Land. We then went to the pearl outlet which we enjoyed. The guide Mariana was lovely as was the bus driver. I would recommend this trip.

Hams cave - The cave was fab, just the right amount of time to spend in it, the guide was brilliant too very informative, wouldn’t bother with the pearl factory though it’s just a shop !

Amazing venue - Great place to visit. Really interesting place and one that seems to not be as well known to the British. Amazing natural location. If taking young children it would be best to take a carrier but the terrain isn't too difficult just a number of steps at times

Totally OK with visiting the Caves. - The bus came late, not at the scheduled time. Became more bus trip than experience, should be informed more ihht what was going to happen. LMon tours shouldn't take more when they knew we were the only couple on the trip.

Beautiful cave - I am a bit split over this tour. I loved the cave and it was beautiful. I also was not on a rush and was not on a tight time schedule so didn’t mind just sitting in the bus and reading the news and playing some games on my phone. I also liked the tour guide. Funny guy who did the tour in English, German, and Spanish himself. Pretty impressive to speak three languages at the same time. But I think it is important to know this is two different tours at two different locations, one big bus. Out of the 5.5 hours spent on this tour, the cave activity was less than an hour. A lot of time was spent driving to the other tour’s destination and waiting for the other tour to get on the bus. The pearl factory also is not impressive at all, they show 2-3 videos and that’s it! The rest is about you spending money there. So if you are a chill traveler, enjoy reading a good book or listening to an audiobook and would like to see a beautiful cave, then do it, otherwise you would be disappointed with the amount of time spent.

Over sold - Over sold. Picked up in a giant double decker coach and it didn't have any seats for me and my daughter to sit down in. The tour guide suggested my daughter sit on her own and I sit elsewhere. Obviously told him no therefore turning what should be a nice excursion into a stressful experience

To escape unless you love the bus and wait for a visit of just 25 minutes. - A FUÏRE!!! Excursion proposed on a half day time absolutely not respected. Departure for us from Camp de Mar at 8:10 am to go to Palma to pick up other people (arrival at 9:30 am). We then head to Porto Cristo for a 25-minute stop (not mentioned in the brochure) and then a 35-minute stop at the Pearl Factory (which is really just a shop). Start of the visit to Les Caves de Hams at 12 noon for a duration of 25 minutes on foot (even though we were told a visit of 1 hour) to finish with a “musical show” that is none other than a vulgar soundtrack projected (not even 5 minutes). The bus picks us up at 1:40 pm (I remind you of an arrival at 12 noon and a visit of 25 minutes so Waiting time 1h). This is a total bus journey of more than 5 hours. I advise you to rent a car if you want to make this tour in order to avoid these long trips and Waiting times.
