• Covered Wagon - As we stroll past the Covered Wagon, constructed in 1880 by Manuel Springer, it’s intriguing to learn that he initially opened a saloon called The Mint. The Mint, along with several other saloons, operated freely in Old Town for many years.

Although the house was built in the early 1900s, the property’s history and its spirits date back much further. In the 1700s, a 40-room adobe house occupied this site.
