Crossing the famous 25th April Bridge, the tour arrives in Lisbon to start exploring the city’s most iconic monuments associated with the great Portuguese discoveries. Visit the Belém Tower, the magnificent Jerónimos Monastery, celebrated as the “jewel” of the Manueline style, and the Monument of the Portuguese Discoveries (entrance fees are not included).
Following this, enjoy a guided tour along the riverside area to the bustling city center. In the city center, visit the traditional Alfama neighborhood, the Castle of São Jorge (entrance fee not included), and discover Lisbon’s allure on foot, delving into its rich history. There will also be free time to shop or explore the town independently.
On the return journey to the Algarve, the tour crosses the Vasco da Gama Bridge, Europe’s longest bridge, providing breathtaking views along the route.
