All good - Nice trip! We've go to do everything that was planned, the weather was perfect and the team was professional, enthusiastic and entertaining.

recommendation for groups - Friendly personal with a great sence of humor. It was a amazing trip for us as family to see the Dolphin and Caves.

Fabulous trip - Brilliant morning on the smaller boat Explorer 2. We chose this boat as we preferred the smaller group size and I am pleased we did as everybody was able to see everything and it never felt crowded. The tour started with a journey along the coastline which was stunning. There was a swim stop which some brave people did but it was too cold for me! After this we headed to see some of the sites-rock formations and the stunning caves. Our hosts were able to tell us about them in a way even my 15 year old son enjoyed. After this we were treated to a speed boat style ride out to see where we were lucky enough to see a pod of bottle nose dolphins We were back in time for lunch and enjoyed a salad and cold drink on the marina to refuel.

Fascinating - The boat tour is highly recommended

cave and dolphin tour was amazing - The group, crew and captain were all very friendly and it was a fun experience. Very enjoyable even for us who typically don't like guided tours. We were able to see things we wanted to see, things we didn't know we were going to see and especially the dolphins which were not promised but the highlight of the trip. 5 stars and definitely recommend this trip. Bring some extra Eros for a tip.

For the price, it is not worth it that much - It is quite complicated to see dolphins. The rest is a nice boat ride through the coves, but it is two hours completely in the sun, which almost gave us heatstroke. They did not let us swim at any point, so we had to keep pouring water from bottles over ourselves... for the price it is, I would not recommend it, honestly. That, and being told to arrive half an hour early only to leave an hour later while you wait, again, in the sun.

It could have been better - The tour is nice even if very rushed and with little information: a bit of a hit-and-run. We saw the dolphins but we stopped for a short time to watch them; we made a swimming stop, as scheduled, but just enough time to dive in and get back on the boat without even being able to swim to the nearest cave. At the time of booking we had chosen the smaller boat, but when we arrived at the port they put us on the larger boat (moreover in the back seats) saying that the sea conditions were not good for the smaller boat. In reality, we saw many small boats around us and the sea was incredibly calm. We had the impression that since they hadn't filled the large boat, they decided not to let the smaller one depart to save money.

Customer service with an attitude - My family of four had a reservation for a boat tour. Before our scheduled departure, we visited the Praia do Carvalho cliffs (highly recommend!) When we returned to our car, we discovered it was completely blocked in by another vehicle, making it impossible for us to leave. While anxiously waiting for the driver to return, I had to hike up into town to find cell service so I could contact the company. This tour was especially meaningful to us as each family member gets to choose one activity per trip.. and this was my son’s choice and the experience he had been most looking forward to. I fully understand the company’s no-refund policy, and I was not asking for a refund. I simply requested the possibility of rescheduling or joining a later departure due to circumstances that were entirely beyond our control. Instead, I was told (abruptly with attitude) that no changes could be made within 24 hours. We were very disappointed by the lack of flexibility, especially given that there were still available seats on the boat. Accommodating us would not have resulted in any loss of revenue for the company. Unfortunately, we were ultimately unable to rebook at an additional cost of €200, as we could not afford it. This meant my son missed out on the experience he had been most excited about. Instead, we were left feeling like once the payment was made, the customer no longer mattered. I am sharing this not to dispute a no-refund policy, but to highlight how much of a difference empathy and basic customer service can make. A small amount of flexibility would have completely changed our experience for the better.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service - Very disappointing experience and poor customer service We are a family of four (two adults and two children) and arrived well in advance of departure. We were among the very first guests to check in and were placed near the front of the boarding queue for the orange boat. Just before boarding, staff unexpectedly removed us from that queue and directed us to a different boat. Instead of keeping our original place in line, we were sent to the back of the new queue. As a result, we could not sit together as a family. One of us had to sit on a completely different row with poor visibility for much of the trip. We immediately raised the issue with both crew members and the captain, explaining that the situation was caused by the operator's mistake and not by us. Unfortunately, nobody was willing to help or even attempt to find a solution. The cruise itself was fine, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. We checked in early specifically to secure good seats and enjoy the experience together as a family, yet we ended up with one of the worst seating arrangements on the boat because of poor organization. I would not recommend this operator based on how they handled this situation. A simple apology and a small effort to correct the mistake would have made all the difference. Rating: 1/5 – Not because of the tour itself, but because of the way customers are treated when the operator makes a mistake.
