Family trip on the cruise - Great way to see the coast of Portugal either on your own, with family or friends. Excellent tour guide.

Great experience but not accessible - It isn’t really accessible. I use a walker and I ended up climbing up and down very steep ladder steps. The men were very willing to carry me but I was too proud. Just don’t think it really is accessible

Upgraded to yacht trip in smaller group - We upgraded our trip, as asked by the team if interested - to be taken on the smaller boat, yacht in fact, and less people on it with vine ect tasting. The price for the upgrade was only 10euro each. And we loved our experience. First, the crew asked us to take off the shoes, and to be on the yacht without which help so much to relax and rest. we found the place on the top- we were laying down on the rear deck. They provided blankets, which saved a a bit cold March day. We totally love the relaxed atmosphere during our trip, cool music and the very sympathetic crew. Me and my partner have been very impressed by the captain Rafi manners - 100% gentlemen. We have been taken on trips by smaller boat from the yacht to the Bengail cave, which was extremely funny and cool. Rafi took us there in very small groups, which gave more private experience. Then on our way back we had a choice of alcohol to try (we had Porto and fallen in love with a taste of it), we tasted chocolate, local cookies and fruits, served by Camille. Very pleased by the trip and it was one of our best experience in Portugal. Beautiful views, good music, relaxed atmosphere - Highly recommended 👌

Recommend highly - Perfect length on the water. Very good tour guide. The spots they stopped at where picture perfect. Highly recommend

A cruise to remember - Incredible way to see the beauty of the Algarves coastline. The experience was absolutely wonderful, from the ease of booking, the catamaran, and the crew. All was perfect! I would highly recommend booking any activity this agency provides for.

Lovely relaxing trip - Had the pleasure of taking a trip with Algarexperience to see the coastline look for Dolphins (unfortunatley none to be seen on this occasion). Our crew of Marcus and Captain James were excellent hosts and very knowledgable. All in a very enjoyable and relaxing way to spend a morning, especially if the weather is favourable.

Great and friendly/helpful staff. A very nice way to spend an afternoon - Do NOT bring small children: I would say any child under 10. Also supply a life jacket for children who are not good swimmers: going overboard is unlikely but if it happens they should be protected. The staff are great in every way helping those getting seasick and putting up with "active" very young children in diapers! Staff are skilled at embarking and disembarking the boat which is assuring. They stay ahead of any potential challenges. Staff gave excellent information about the scenery

Boat was safe , stable... - Boat was safe , stable and large . Very secure and operator maneuvered very close to cave entrance ! A smaller vessel would be able to go right inside the cave .

Frustrating experience at Lisbon airport - Mobility Assistance at Faro airport was good even if the plane was on the tarmac. When we landed in Lisbon, with Mobility Assistance, it took over a hour to get off the plane on the tarmac, get to our luggages and exit. The prepaid driver to get us from Lisbon to Estoril had departed after 45 minutes as per the contractual arrangement with Booking.com. We took an airport taxi to Estoril who charged us 60 euros double what we had paid for the prearranged driver with Booking.com
