Brilliant and interesting cave trip - We booked this tour with Joana from Flashback holidays and she was very good with giving advice about the trips, especially based on the weather conditions over the time we were here. As it had been quite windy Joana advised it would be choppy in the sea, but we should be able to see all of the caves safely, otherwise the trip would be cancelled for safety and a refund given.
Luckily for us it was not cancelled, and we had a brilliant experience (albeit with lots of wave splashes and a rocky boat) seeing all of the caves, though we couldn't go inside the benagil cave due to not being safe to enter with the roughness of sea.
Christian and the team were very informative, sharing knowledge about the different caves and rock formations, fossils and 7 valleys.
Unfortunately we didn't see any dolphins but we did see a loggerhead turtle passing the boat, unusual to be seen at such a small size, so this was just as good if not rarer!
I would like to travel again in better weather and experience this differently, hopefully seeing the inside cave and dolphins. We would definitely recommend the trip to anyone visiting Albufeira, and the marina is one to experience with the 'lego buildings' there!

Great day out - Brilliant experience. Only thing I'd suggest for improvement was the slightly confusing boarding process but that's splitting hairs. The experience itself was great and well worth the money

Great trip - It was a wonderful trip and Pedro, Ana and Alex did a great job. Have explained all about the caves and dolphins amusingly and seemed to enjoy their job a lot.

First class experience - The crew of Jesus, Chris and especially Sergiu were brilliant. The information Sergiu provided, coupled with his great sense of humour, made the trip so enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommended taking this trip.

My children's eyes shone when they saw the dolphins!!! - We took this boat tour with our two children (2 years and a half and 5 years). It was a great time. We saw dolphins and the walk along the coast was superb. And the team at the top!!!!! Nothing to say except THANK YOU!!!!
(The departure was at 11am, we had taken enough to make the boys eat on the boat. Provide coat, trick for the sea ride.Even if you don't have they have everything you need on board!!!)

They have no respect for guest time. - You must check in at 15:00, even if the trip does not start after 16:00. You are then referred to their cafe, so they also earn on the guests' waiting time. My time is too precious to waste on this.
Like many others, we saw no dolphins.
There was minimal information on the trip.
The only positive was the impressive slopes and caves.

There were no caves and no dolphins - There were no caves and no dolphins
The water was 'too choppy' to visit the caves and we didn't see any dolphins
So it was just an expensive boat trip!
Plus the boat didn't stop for the whole tour which was 2 hours, and my wife and small kids wanted a pee but couldn't.
The tour name and the pictures are very misleading

Disastrous! We got... - Disastrous! We were put on a very small boat to go out into the open sea... it was moving a lot and at times it seemed dangerous. We were soaked all those who were, in winter!! and never warned us to be prepared. We got wet clothes, things, everything we had. On the way back, they saw us freezing from the cold and gave us a jacket. Why didn't they give it to us sooner?? I do not recommend it at all!!!. I wouldn't come back even if I got paid!! Oh, and we didn't see a dolphin.
